Absolutely Incredible Experience – 100% Recommend Travel Garden!

We have just returned from the most incredible trip to Kenya and Zanzibar, and I cannot recommend Travel Garden highly enough. I would give them 100% without hesitation!

We were a group of 11 people travelling together — nine from Ireland, one from the UK and one from Spain. Organising a trip for a group spread across different countries, with everyone travelling from different parts of the world, was never going to be straightforward. However, Travel Garden handled everything brilliantly and made the whole process so much easier for us.

A special mention must go to Isaac, who was the person we corresponded with most throughout the planning process. He was absolutely fantastic — so helpful, patient, accommodating and professional. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, and we really appreciated the time and effort he put into helping us organise such a special trip for everyone.

Our time in Kenya and Zanzibar was literally out of this world. The experiences, the beautiful scenery, the safari and the memories we have made together are something we will treasure for a lifetime. It was everything we hoped for and so much more.

I am genuinely so grateful to Travel Garden and especially to Isaac for helping make this dream trip such a wonderful reality.

We were looking into long haul holiday for Our 20th Wedding Anniversary, Got price qoute from local travel agent , then someone recommended us to Travel Garden UK, From first Inquiry to booking the entire customised package Elena Davis was fantastic. We travelled from Manchester to Jakarta few nights, then to Bali few nights, then Kuala Lumpur few nights then to Doha few nights and back to MAN. Fantastic experience with Issac William booking our holiday

We had the most wonderful holiday in Vietnam, Sean Martin and his team looked after every detail of the trip. We travelled from South to North Vietnam over 3 weeks, all the hotels and transfers were so professional and excellent quality. We will definitely book our next holiday with travel garden

Just booked a fairly complex multi centre holiday with Travel Garden and Nancy. She dedicated a lot I time to us and we are quite well travelled so are rather pedantic and demanding with our requirements. She was extremely attentive, patient and meticulous in her attention and we hope and believe we will have a great holiday as a result. With on going access to her any questions get answered promptly and her support is first rate! They are also very mindful of all requirements including budget demands. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

From the very start of enquiring with Travel Garden we received the upmost of customer service and care. Isaac Williams is an absolute credit to his team. We had no idea what we wanted, we just knew we wanted to explore Thailand. Isaac came back with an incredible itinerary at a really reasonable price and with a payment plan that suited perfectly. A few tweaks later we were all booked and the countdown began. Throughout Isaac was there for any questions, changes, reassurance. Once we had our travel documents I expected that to be it, but Isaac checked in during each of our stays, kept us updated with transfer arrangements etc. We honestly had the holiday of a lifetime and will do it all over again booking with Isaac

I asked for a quote on a holiday to Phuket ,phi phi krabi 12 Nights away Inc all transfers etc ,the process was so easy going with all information on each destination and excellent fights to the dates we wanted and all the transfer information Inc also as it was my wife's 60th birthday present they even included a day away for us to enjoy , nothing is a problem and most importantly the price was amazing ,this a brief and prior thank you before we go away in February 2027 . Thanks again Elena Davis

Sean has been very helpful in booking our first trip to Thailand. It took a good few hours back and forward with different ideas to tailer make our holiday but finally we got there .. we found him to be very helpful and knowledgeable can’t wait to go.

Emma Louise put together a great package holiday for travelling to Tokyo. Fantastic hotels provided with transport given from airports. We had a fabulous time and would definitely use them again

We would like to say a huge thank you to Aslan for helping us organise our upcoming trip to Vietnam!

From the very beginning, Aslan has been incredibly attentive, professional, and helpful. He answered all our questions very quickly, gave us detailed information, and made the whole process of planning our holiday so easy and enjoyable.

We were also pleasantly surprised by a lovely gesture from the company, as this is our first time using their services — they kindly gifted us a romantic dinner on a cruise. We thought this was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch! ❤️

We are already extremely happy with the service we have received and feel confident that our holiday will be amazing. A huge thank you to Aslan for his care, professionalism, and attention to detail.

We will definitely be happy to organise our future holidays with Aslan and highly recommend him to others!

Thank you so much, Aslan! 🌴✈️❤️

We recently returned from a holiday in Thailand and everything was fantastic from start to finish. The hotel was in a great location near Karon beach.
The staff who assisted with booking the holiday were very helpful and checked in to see if everything went well. I will definitely book another holidaywith this company.

Just returned from 8 wonderful nights in Phuket staying in hotel Chanalai Hillside Resort Keron Beach. Everything was perfect hotel food location transfers etc. Aslan Shaw from Travel Garden orgainised everything for us even checking in our flights. It was exactly what we wanted. I cannot recommend this company enough they made everything so easy for us. We will travel again in 2027 with Travel Garden. Best ever!

We have just returned from an amazing experience thanks to Travel Garden. Our negotiator Emma Louise was instrumental in creating a memorable occasion for my wife and I. We in fact booked it a year prior to the holiday. Every step of the booking process, partial payments, itinerary queries, visa applications and general oap anxieties were dealt with promptly and sincerely. The first leg of our break was a maasai mara safari which was so uplifting. The transfers, hotels, food and guides were all first class. The drivers were prompt , polite and knowledgeable. After this we headed to Nairobi Airport for our second leg of the holiday in Zanzibar. Once again Emma Louise was paramount in the process of ensuring we were guided through transfers, flights and visas. The hotel we stayed in was the best we'd ever been to. The Riu Jambo gave us an incredible location on a beautiful beach. The rooms were luxurious , food incredible and nightlife, pools and staff unbelievable. Our flights were with Kenya airways which were incredibly comfortable with delicious food and plenty of visits for drinks offered by cabin crew, plus they were always on time. Thanks Travel Garden and especially Emma Louise!

Everything from booking the holiday . The service attention to detail in every aspect. Could not find fault . The hotels were 5* all the way . Food service cleanliness. Isaacs Williams was a pleasure to deal . Night or day was never a problem. Will definitely be booking another holiday with this company.

Absolutely amazing service from Nancy at Travel Garden! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I honestly cannot recommend Nancy highly enough. From the very beginning, she has been absolutely amazing — so helpful, informative, patient and genuinely interested in making sure we got exactly what we wanted.

I have gone back and forth with Nancy with so many questions and queries, changing things and looking at different options, and nothing has ever been too much trouble. She has always taken the time to look into everything for me and has gone above and beyond to find the right holiday.

What has really stood out to me is how dedicated she is. She has even replied to me at some absolutely ridiculous times, just to make sure everything was sorted and I had the information I needed!

You can tell that Nancy genuinely cares about her customers and wants them to have the best possible experience. Her knowledge, patience and attention to detail have been fantastic, and I have felt completely looked after throughout the whole process.

Thank you so much, Nancy, for all your hard work and for putting up with all my questions! 😂 You really have been amazing, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking to book their next holiday.

We booked with travel garden for a safari and Mauritius holiday 2 years ago we got all inclusive for a week in Mauritius and a week safari omg the dream holiday. The only thing was all the airports from London so we had to get them to get us from Glasgow to London and because it wasnt a connecting flight we cut it a bit fine. But apart from that safari was great they booked us into the nicest hotels but 1 time they took us to wrong hotel which was still lovely and we decided to stay there loved it then onto Mauritius all inclusive all this for 1300 each so I’m gony see if they can get me my nxt dream holiday these ppl are there for you from start to finish every question answered and they even phones us at Gatwick to see if we arrived soo considering at first when they called from Africa to confirm booking I had paid nearly in full I thought I was being scammed sorry travel garden best most accommodating travel agents you will get so here goes let’s see how we get on nxt dream holiday hope they still have cheap prices
