I would highly recommend Max to anyone…
I would highly recommend Max to anyone looking to book a holiday. From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful, professional, polite and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure our trip was exactly what we wanted.
What really stood out was the time and effort he put into helping us. He didn't simply book a holiday for us — he listened to what we were looking for, gave us excellent suggestions and recommendations, and helped us make the right choices. His knowledge and attention to detail gave us so much confidence throughout the whole booking process.
He was always patient, approachable and happy to answer any questions we had, no matter how small. He made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free, and we never felt rushed or pressured into making any decisions.
His customer service was exceptional, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about making our holiday special. He went above and beyond our expectations, and we are extremely grateful for all his help and support.
Thank you so much for making the planning and booking of our trip such a positive experience.
We will definitely be coming back to him for our future holidays and would happily recommend him to our family and friends. An absolute credit to the travel company!

Travel Tycoons Excellent Service and a Smooth Booking Experience.
I had a very positive experience booking my Egypt holiday with Travel Tycoons, and I’d especially like to thank David Wilson for his excellent customer service throughout the process.
David was friendly, professional, patient, and very helpful in arranging our 6-night Hurghada holiday for three adults. He explained the package clearly and helped organise the flights, all-inclusive hotel, private airport transfers, and a great selection of excursions including Cairo, Luxor, desert safari, parasailing, scuba diving, and a Hurghada city tour.
Communication was smooth and David was always approachable whenever I had questions or needed clarification. I really appreciated the effort he put into creating a package that included a good mix of sightseeing, adventure, and relaxation at a competitive price.
So far, the booking experience has been straightforward and well organised. Thank you to David Wilson and the Travel Tycoons team for the support and service. I’m looking forward to the trip and would happily recommend their customer service.

Unprofessional disgusting behaviour
Unprofessional from the start trying to sort out my itinerary that I created planned everything, all they had to do was make the booking but it took them 65 emails before holiday was booked and 25 emails to get the documents sent to me: Very quick to take your money but the advisors do not tell you that even if you book a package holiday it’s only the flights that are ATOL protected nothing else, even then in the little T&Cs it’s states there is no refund policy by the company on anything. They are not ABTA protected: Be careful because even after money has been taken and your holiday has been finalised they will then make changes to your itinerary hotels, timings and excursions without notifying you. Appalling customer service experience to the extreme that Bryan- Sam and Harris laughed with sarcasm whilst in conversation. Don’t be fooled by their English names and email addresses as they are foreign nationals giving themselves a different name to look professional but they’re not. The telephone numbers on their website and under their individual email signatures are disconnected the mobile number not advertised works only on WhatsApp. I would not recommend this company Travel Tycoons to anyone! I am a ITA myself and when the company came to know my identity the service and behaviour changed but this should not be the case. This company should be ashamed of itself advertising false information on their website and instagram accounts as ATOL protected but false. I would not recommend!
The response I have been provided with the response below are all lies, I have kept all the emails and responses from Bryan and Reza, I have also kept all the WhatsApp messages which holds all the correspondence from when I paid for the holiday to when you changed my hotel.
I will be publishing all the correspondence once my report is final.
If your advisor had listened and made my booking to my specific itinerary I sent by email but clearly he could not carry out the job of a travel advisor.
I was later advised that Bryan was new to the job so firstly proper training was not provided to him and the company did not not take responsibility for my concerns all I was told half way thru by Sam was that Bryan was not able to handle me. I am not an object that needs handling.
Anyway this is not the platform to publish everything it will be published via social media and submitted to ATOL board.

Dear Ahsir,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with your experience and that our service did not meet the standard we aim to provide.
We would, however, like to clarify a few points for the benefit of anyone reading this review.
Regarding the number of emails exchanged, much of the correspondence related to amendments and requests made during the planning and booking process. We continued to assist with those requests and made the arrangements in accordance with the requirements provided to us. We appreciate that a lengthy email exchange can be frustrating, but our intention throughout was to ensure that the arrangements matched the customer’s requested itinerary as closely as possible.
Our terms and conditions and the applicable protection information were provided before the booking was confirmed, giving the customer the opportunity to review the arrangements and the terms applicable to the services being booked. We always encourage customers to read these documents carefully before confirming their holiday.
With regard to changes to timings, some elements of a holiday, particularly flights and excursions operated by independent suppliers, are subject to the schedules and availability of those providers. Where an original requested time is unavailable or a supplier changes its schedule, we can only offer the alternatives available from that provider. In this case, changes to activity timings were communicated, and we worked to maintain the planned arrangements wherever possible.
We would also like to clarify that the hotel arrangements were not changed from what was originally offered and confirmed. The accommodation provided remained in accordance with the booking.
Regarding our contact details, our telephone and WhatsApp contact information is made available to customers through our advertised channels, and we are sorry if the customer experienced difficulty reaching us through a particular number at any point. We are continually reviewing our communication channels to ensure customers can contact us as easily as possible.
We are particularly concerned by the comments regarding the conduct of our advisors. We take any suggestion that a customer felt they were spoken to disrespectfully very seriously. While we cannot comment publicly on individual conversations or interpretations of those conversations, we would never consider sarcasm, dismissiveness or inappropriate behavior acceptable when dealing with a customer. We will review the concerns raised internally.
We also respectfully disagree with the suggestion that our staff use names or contact details in an attempt to mislead customers. Our team members communicate with customers under their professional names, and our company contact information and business details are provided through our official channels.
Most importantly, we are pleased that the holiday arrangements themselves were ultimately provided as agreed. Nevertheless, we recognize that the overall booking experience is important, and we are sorry that you came away from your experience feeling dissatisfied.
We take all feedback seriously and will use the points raised to continue improving our communication, documentation and customer service. We remain committed to providing customers with clear information and professional support throughout the booking process.
Kind regards,
The Travel Tycoons Team
