Excellent. Was getting in a mess with a booking on easyjet web, so decided to call to get help.
Very nice man named Daniel helped me, and it was swift, and easy, he spoke slow and I understood all he said, sooooo much better than a robot or trying to do bookings on line. 100% better. Thank you.

I had several questioning in which Max went above and beyond in answering suggesting different options and giving excellent advice.I ended up booking through Travel Solutions.A special mention to Max who was very professional and a credit to your company.Very happy with the service given.

I actually rang to arrange special assistance but Daniel did the whole booking for me and made my booking much easier and stress free. He also arranged our seating on the plane and rang me back to confirm.

I was very stressed, having already booked a package holiday with On the Beach, but no one is there to help. Luckily my flights were with Easyjet.

He is very helpful and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the customer services I received from him. I have decided in future, I will book my holidays direct with Easyjet holidays.

Daniel sorted the whole thing for us. I normally book direct online however I wanted to ensure that we were getting to correct apartment and 'phoned out of hours.

Having worked in a customer service environment for many years in the past, I understand what good customer service is and I could not fault the experience from picking up the phone to putting it back down after making my booking.
