However, we fully understand your concern regarding the communication, and we regret if you felt that you were not informed in a timely manner on this occasion.
Please note that despite the cancellation during a high-demand travel period in December, we arranged an alternative flight for you at no additional cost, even though the original ticket was purchased during a lower season. This was done to ensure that your travel plans could continue smoothly without any extra financial burden.
