Absolutely horrible service would not recommend. Was dealing with Emma George. They try to trick you with all the hidden costs. Once paid for everything they disappeared and kept replying back very late and wouldn’t even give me all the important information that I needed for all the transportation and hotel booking. Just because money had been paid they thought they don’t need to support or reply back anymore to me. They booked me a private villa with a sea view and it was not even a sea view as so many buildings were blocking it and a whole load of bushes and flowers right in front of the pool. She then booked me an activity and charged me so much. She took £140 off me and when she sent me the activity details a week before the holiday it said the activity was only £120. So she lied and took extra money off me for no reason. I told her to cancel the activity as we could cancel one day here but she took 3 full weeks to even process the refund. I still haven’t got my refund yet and still nagging them to give my money back. Going to file a dispute and get my money back as they’re saying they will give me a full refund but are taking the piss. with it and wasting time on purpose.

Think Twice Before Booking With This Company

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend thinking very carefully before booking any flights with this company.

They took my payment, but my flights were not booked as expected. Instead of resolving the problem, I was asked for more money, and when I requested my money back, I faced problems getting a refund.

This caused enormous stress and completely ruined my family holiday. When you pay for flights, you expect the company to provide what you paid for—not leave you without confirmed travel and then demand additional money.

I found the whole experience extremely disappointing and the company untrustworthy. I would not book with them again and would strongly advise others to research them carefully before handing over any money.

If you do decide to use them, make sure you understand exactly what you are paying for, get everything in writing, and verify your flight booking directly with the airline as soon as possible.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I must say , I’ve never met Michael who I was chatting to on what’s app regarding a family vacation this August , I have to truely say that he went over and beyond in trying to find me a package backwards and forwards attention to detail price comfort travelling he covered every base with real professionalism . And after all he did I feel terrible because we did not purchase any packages only due to a family situation that’s altered our plans for this Plummer
But rest assured he will be the first guy I will contact when we are ready knowing we are in good hands thanks Mike and I truely am sorry

We had Emma dealing with our holiday and even though we were unable to go on holiday due to other reasons emma was very patient understanding and flexible. She helped making tailored packages according to our requirements and was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process. I planned a last minute holiday in August with my family . We tried doing it ourselves but due to the time of month everything seemed to be expensive. We came across this company whilst looking for a package holiday. Mike was the one helping us with the holiday package and omg he was God sent. The amount of time and effort Mike has put into creating our package was unbelievable. We asked him to make changes many times and he did not complain once and made sure he gave us the best deal possible. His communication was excellent and he always updated us . Honestly Mike went above and beyond with his service and at the end gave us an excellent package with an amazing price . So much so that another company thought it was a scam . I can’t thank him enough. We are looking forward to going to our holiday in August since everything is now booked and confirmed. Thank you Mike . Emma George helped to plan our dream 19 days holiday to Japan and the Maldives. She was patient, understanding and listened to our needed throughtout, even at times when we were unsure or confused, she was always helpful and positive with options.
