I booked a return flight only for my dad. Jay's Travel customer service has been first rate and reassuring. They assisted with adding wheelchair assistance and vegetarian meal to his ticket which I had not requested at the time of booking. I had heard about them through relatives when booking for my dad. They are very competitive and personalised. I will look to book future tickets with them.
