Almost after 1,5 year after the incident I have no proof that my case is moving forward, other than some emails stating that it is going to court. No court date, no news without me asking and change of status of my case in their web page, showing that they are still waiting for info. Really bad experience, making my doubt about whether or not my case is being treated the way it should.

Travel Refund quickly assisted me in getting money that I was entitled to from the airlines for being delayed for over 4 hours on a recent flight.
When I previously tried to get reimbursements for lost luggage or canceled flights, I would have to engage in months long email exchanges. Needless to say, the airlines make the process frustrating and lengthy.

Last summer I had unpleasant experience with WizzAir which had canceled my flight right during check-in in airport. The situation was not so unusual for them unfortunately. Though obviously they should have payed me compensation back our long emailing led to nowhere. Lucky me I found this Travel Refund company! Sure it took some time to get money from such corporation as WizzAir, but the main thing that I not only received back my expenses but some compensation as well.
Now I always recommend this company for those who might get in such troubles. Thank you so much and all the best :)
