I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this company, and I strongly advise others to stay away.

They advertised a very low price for a flight, but after I completed the booking, they called me claiming that the seats were no longer available. This is completely unacceptable. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic to lure customers in with cheap prices, only to pressure them into paying much more for a different flight.

When I refused to pay the higher price and asked to cancel, they made the process difficult and even charged fees just to return my own money. This is not how a legitimate or trustworthy business should operate.

This company lacks transparency, professionalism, and basic customer respect. I would not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the stress, time, and money—book your flights with a reputable and honest provider instead.

Avoid this company at all costs.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!! Bait and switch! They promise a flight at a price, but cannot deliver. Then they call you and say the flight is not available, but they can get you on another flight for the agreed price x3! Book your travel from a reputable site, NOT from Travelo1!

Googled United Airlines & thought i was dealing directly. Charged ticket and then told me that theatre was an additional charge of $210 . Myrtle said i had to use a different card because my card was declined. Told Myrtle to try again. No luck. So, i gave her other card. This was Jan 23, 2026. I had to cancel flight. That is when i found out why Myrtle wanted a different card. United had no record of additional fee.
This agency is guilty of fraud.

I called the reservation desk today regarding my travel plan and got in touch with the floor manager, Jeffrey and Henry Martin.
Both of them helped me resolve my questions and issues, they were polite, helpful and supportive of my situation and resolved the issue within no time. I’m thankful and grateful to them for this exemplary service.

I BOOKED 5 TICKETS TODAY FROM RDU TO BOSTON AND CALLED CUSTOMER CARE. THEY TOLD YOUR FLIGHT IS FULL AND TICKETS ARE ON STANDBY. IF YOU WANT THAT TICKETS YOU HAVE TO PAY MORE MONEY. I ASKED FOR REFUND, HE FLATLY REFUSED, I TOLD HIM THAT I WILL WRITE REVIWE HE TOLD ME DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO. BIG SCAMMER WEBSITE. DONT BOOK HERE.

First they lure with very cheap ticket prices over their website and then over phone call ask for ridiculously expensive amounts

This company is a scam. They sell tickets they cannot issue and try to upsell different tickets

this is totally scam, i just purchased a airline ticket and after purchasing, they demand for more $700 dollars to complete that whole process, as my ticket's status was showing as pending, that time.

I BOUGHT THE TICKET AN I CN'T FIND IT ANYMORE.

My flight was a total scam. Minutes after I booked the flight someone from Travel01 contacted me and said that my flight was stand by, then proceeded to try to upsell me to another flight.

I purchased a trip with Travelo1 in June 2025. The airline switched our December flight 3 weeks before I was to leave to a date/time that did not work. Airline refunded their portion of the ticket. Travelo1 refused to refund their portion of flight that was never used. After talking to numerous rude and unhelpful customer service agents and 1 unhelpful manager, they did say that they would give me an ecredit for the amount not refunded. Attempted to use ecredit 1 month later and manager wouldn't use it on a flight that I found on their website. Instead wanted to use it on a flight that was $2200 more and still wanted more money from me. Agents are lying when other managers are in as I am still attempting to use these useless ecredits (almost $1700) worth. Please stay as far away from this company as possible.

I would give them a zero stars if it was a possibility. They called me after I gave their website all of my personal information stating that the flight was not available anymore for the price I agreed to. This is dishonest, so I rebooked on a different website.
