If I could give this minus stars I would 100% give it minus stars. We have went with this company before to concerts and had no issues. This time on 11.07 to Dermot Kennedy was a different story. Bus was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in over a year. Mould all over the air vents etc bus was falling apart also. Disgusting. Then my friend had to sit in crew seat and when we took off the door wouldn’t close properly and we had to travel all the way to Dublin going about 50mph with the door kind of open. This is illegal btw but no they still carried on. The bus driver is not the issues he was clearly stressed etc it’s this company who 100% knew the state of that bus and let it go anyway.

An absolute no.. Bus from Dungarvan to Dublin for Take That, bus was filthy, i mean seats were so so dirty, floors on bus sticky, no seat belts on any of seats, concert on in aviva, dropped us at The 3 Arena, when we were told on booking bus that we were gonna be dropped elsewhere. On arrival back to bus after concert the smell on the bus was absolutely horrific, bus driver made no attempt to fund the source. Never again. Just avoid.

Booked the bus from Donegal to Demott Kennedy on the 12th July in the Aviva back in May. I got an email on 25th June to say bus had been cancelled no pre warning nothing just an email to say I got a refund I emailed to ask was there an alternative but no alternatives available just a cancelled bus extremely disappointing as it means I can now not attend the concert as we’ve no alternative means of travel. Would 100% not recommend this company if you want to end up with no bus to travel to your concert an absolute joke

Absolutely terrible customer service do NOT book this company. After a concert the bus was not parked in the designated bus parking so I rang the emergency number straight from the website 11 times and no answer. We then found out the area where the bus was through strangers. When we got to the road there was loads of buses. We asked every bus driver was it are bus twice. Arw bus was no there. I rang the company the morning after and she took my details and said she would come back to me later on that day… never happened rang them for a week straight, finnaly got an answer 10 days later and he told me he could not help and could not give a refund also extremely ignorant. Lost €100 to this bus company NEVER AGAIN!!!

Bus left 10 minutes earlier than driver said they would absolutely no help when called the number. Use this company if you don't mind being stranded with no support.

DO NOT GET THIS BUS!!! We were late for the concert due to stopping for over an hour on the way down. They stopped 7 buses from this company in one shop which was a joke as the queues were massive and the shop was full leading to a massive wait and being late for the concert. And unfortunately on the way back from a concert in cork, 3 hours after the concert had ended we were still in mallow as they decided to stop 7 buses in a tiny shop once again. We didn’t get home til 4am which should have been 2am. Could have easily been avoided and the planning was horrendous. This has completely put me off getting concert busses and I certainly will never travel with this company again. Not to mention the rude bus driver and no air conditioning in over 20 degree heat.

i have used travelmaster for a lot of concerts before and usually find them very helpful. but now I have a concert in a few weeks and my bus has been cancelled. this is so inconvenient and I have no other way to get to the show. I’ll now have to try and sell my ticket or take a loss on the money. will definitely think twice about booking through travelmaster again

Had a bus booked 2 separate times and both were cancelled due to low uptake. I highly recommend not relying on travelmaster as they are very inconsistent with the journeys that do go ahead, and will only let you know a week in advance of the concert leaving you stranded, or Paying for a hotel.
Unless you are going to a very big concert with high attendance, the bus will most likely be cancelled. Both the events travelmaster cancelled for me were metal bands, so it seems they decide to advertise for events, and then cancel last minute when not enough seats are booked on the bus.
For this to happen 2 separate time is beyond disappointing and I will be very cautious before using travelmaster again

We got the bus from Cork (Patricks Quay) to oasis on Saturday. It was a double decker bus and very comfortable. The bus driver was very nice and friendly. We stopped in Junction 14 for a toilet break and for food on the way to Dublin and Durrow on the way home. The driver made sure we were all on the bus before we got back on the road each time. We got to Dublin with loads of free time before the concert. It was a 30minute walk from the bus to Croke Park and the driver told us where he would be parked and to be back at the bus by 11.30pm and made sure we were back on bus before the leaving at 12 am. I would recommend travel master.

bus was fine on the way up, however on the way down just before abbeyfeale the bus door blew off , we were driving down the road slanted with no door at 70 mph. he left people on the bus who did not buy a ticket. we were told we would leave at 11 and we didn’t leave until 12. we were stuck on the side of the road for 15 mins because the door wouldn’t shut, the driver was outside slamming the door shut as if it would fix it. he also dropped us off in the middle of town when we were told we would be dropped off at lidl. do not recommend

Everything, this company left late, stopped for very long and only brought us some of the way. They did the same on the return. They ignore email complaints until you ring and ring and then Damien the transport manager insults you and tells you you are wrong. Never use this service

Had booked bus to and from Zach Bryan, However on the way home, bus driver wasn't checking tickets for people and had let the bus fill up with passengers without tickets, leaving our group of 7 stranded. Told us there was nothing he could do about it. Had to then speed walk an hour and a half through phoenix park to attempt to make a train home on time even without tickets for that.

I traveled with my daughter and her friend to Zach Bryan on Friday 20th July it took 6 hours to go from Cork to Dublin, we got lost on a number of occasions, on our way home the bus wouldn't start and we were stuck in phonex Park for 2 hours where Travel master blamed the team on site for and driver error but no apologises for this and the man I dealt with on the phone was very rude, no water, no facilities for over 2 hours on site and the whole way home not at any point did the driver engage, we got back to cork at 4.30 in the morning, no response from Travel Master

Brilliant service!
I had a problem with my ticket the day of the concert, they were contactable by phone and sorted the issue very fast. The company is very responsible and takes care of passengers, (waiting up to 30 mins). Communication from the driver was also very clear and helpful. I would highly recommend using Travelmaster!!

I have used this company on a number of occasions and very pleased with the service. Very easy to deal with over the phone and online.

We used TravelMaster for the recent Coldplay Concert in Dublin. The bus driver was very friendly and very efficient. We would highly recommend TravelMaster to our family and friends.

I traveled with Travelmaster on the 17/08/24 to the ACDC concert in Croke Park.The driver of the bus was a sound guy very helpful,he had a full list of all on board the bus for the journey.We left at 13 30 bound for Dublin stopping for about 30 minutes.We arrived at Whitehall Bus park around 17 10,which was 35 min walk from Croke Park.The driver informed everyone that we would hopefully be the first bus to leave after the concert.I got back to the bus at around 23 10 and true to his word we were the first bus to leave at 23.50.As it was my first time travelling with Travel Master the whole experience was amazing and fantastic everything went off like clock work with no issues.The driver was a lovely guy very professional, pass on my thanks to him and was the driver of the first bus that collected us at Patricks Quay,Cork on the day.
