Julie was excellent at helping us…
Julie was excellent at helping us organise our holiday to Japan and China and patiently dealt with various requests to change the itinerary on several occasions. Unfortunately we have had to put our trip on hold for now due to health reasons but we will return to Julie once things are more settled. We are really looking forward to taking our holiday in the future!

Cruise and stay holiday.
Deborah made the booking process really easy. I told her what we were looking for and she searched until we were completely satisfied making sure we were perfectly happy with what we were getting. Nothing was a bother to her, always very friendly and helpful and I know she spent a long time getting us what she wanted. We’re sorry to hear you felt this way, however we would like to clarify that the initial quote was sent on Sunday as soon as we were able to confirm availability. As this was a cruise sailing with very limited space, we had to review options over a 24-hour period due to the dates being fully booked at the time of your enquiry. During this time, we were actively checking for any cancellations or newly released availability to try and secure the best possible option for you.
Once availability became possible, we shared the quote and followed up to ensure you didn’t miss the opportunity, as cruise spaces in this period can be taken very quickly.
We’re sorry if our follow-up messages felt excessive, our intention was only to keep you updated and ensure you didn’t miss out on limited availability. We always aim to be transparent and responsive, especially when dealing with high-demand sailings.

Julie at Travelgates
Julie at Travelgates has been so patient and responsive throughout the whole process, taking the time to make sure everything was just right for me and my son.
Julie put together the entire trip for us, including the hire car, which saved me so much time and hassle trying to book everything separately. The whole process has been really smooth from start to finish, and even the payment side was simple and stress-free.
She’s truly taken care of everything, which has made planning this trip so much easier. I’m really looking forward to our holiday now fingers crossed everything runs just as smoothly when we go away!

Booked 3 night stay in Krakow with…
Booked 3 night stay in Krakow with visit to Auschwitz, which was our main reason for going.
Unfortunately I found communication lacking prior to trip and all done through WhatsApp, with myself having to chase constantly for verification on flights/ hotel etc. I kept asking for voucher for Auschwitz and this was delayed, cutting a long story short, was told week before we flew they couldn’t book the Auschwitz trip. Upset and annoyed as this was our main reason for going. All other trips there were sold out (however I did indeed manage to book one myself through Trip.com who I’d highly recommend). After a lot of WhatsApp messages, Grace booked us on the salt mine trip ( amazing and glad we did it). However I asked for compensation due to the upset and constant having to chase them, original booking agent Naomi had left which meant our booking also got forgotten sometime in this. Response for compensation- ‘why would we compensate you, we have booked you on the salt mine trip’.
Although everything ran smoothly, flights, hotel etc this was not without worry all the time. Would I use again? No. I would have been better off booking everything myself. Using the company was supposed to take the stress out of a trip- it didn’t and added to it.
Given 3 stars purely because flights, hotel and salt mine trip was good and the original person who booked it Naomi.
