Travel arrangement was made to be simple and easy from Air tickets to transfer - Tours and Accommodation -Everything was connected with no Fuss no worries -Communication with Tour Operators was excellent and our travel experience was awesome - Communication was quick ethier on WhatsApp or email or Voice we never had a dull moment with any arrangement - Additional requirement was catered on time every one involve in All arrangements was always on time
On the Shared bus tours, it is good to let people know seats are available on a first come first served -Our Tour to Abudabi was a bit rough on me when I was told to move away from my best seat by the window and allow the couple to occupy my seat and seat together as seat available where for single occupant that I did not like it as seat are not based on the reserve.

All well organized to the TEE, visa application,from airport transfers and having our agent online for any emergencies.The hotel was at great spot accessible to train station and local cafes and shops.Check in flawless.
The scheduled tours never missed the time,
Pity we had a very short stay and so much to explore, 7 days would have been ideal.For a person coming from low currency something were a bit expensive. I fully recommend the agency to give options for extra excursion to be paid in our local currency.

Ooh there is a lot to tell about this this company I mean they r always hands on, starting from day 1 of buying my voucher n contacted them n they gave all the information I needed n assisted with flights booking as well, during our trip they always keep updating u of your next tour or executions, about time date n who will pick u up to the next destination, joo they r the best, I liked everything about them, there was a time I felt I'm lost but they assured me what will happen next, they r the best, it was my firstime with them but I was excited about their hospitality, I will always make my bookings with them.

Excellent service - Ria made good suggestions for our travel plans and was very helpful in making the bookings. She gave us reminders where necessary and as our trip progressed, kept us up to date with driver/transfer details and contact information, as well as any changes to our itinerary.
