I booked a trip for a family of 4 to Bali, Indonesia and Ria from Travel Creationz took me step by step through everything. Communication was clear, quick response time, friendly.
Flights, accommodation, all the documents needed, activities booked, airport transfers etc went exceptionally well. This was the highlight of my family’s life and I am so grateful for Ria and Travel Creationz. I will be booking future trips through this agency. 10/10 experience.

Ria was very helpful and always available to assist. The experience was truly amazing and the arrangements was excellent.

The check in was so easy and the driver for our transfer was on time and very patient because we took some time on our visa queue. The communication was very effective.

I first found out about Travel Creationz through a website called Hyperli, which runs specials on vacations, among other things. I wasn’t so sure if they could be trusted because I had never heard about them and these days there are so many fly-by-night tourism agencies. But, my experience with them was nothing short of incredible. My husband and I were planning to go to Dubai to celebrate my 40th and that’s how we contacted Travel Creationz.

We were served by Jacques who planned our 7-day trip to Dubai in June 2024. He was very quick to respond to any questions and addressed all queries satisfactorily. He even helped with our visa applications- saving us a lot of time.

Upon arriving in Dubai, everything went according to our expectations- sometimes even exceeding them. All our excursions and transfers were booked through the agent. We were very happy with the tour operators’ time keeping and hospitality. This has been one of our most memorable vacations ever! I’d recommend Travel Creationz to anybody that wants to have a seamless holiday experience at very good rates. Safe to say that they have just gained themselves a loyal client in me! 🤗

Arrangements were made catered for our specific needs, whilst being cost-effective and knowledgeable. Once there the trip went smoothly according to plan and when something unforeseen happened, we were assisted promptly to resolve. Would certainly recommend!

Thank you Ria for a well organized trip to Bali & Singapore, from airport transfers and having our agent online for any emergencies.The hotels were at great spots accessible to train station and local cafes and shops. Check in flawless.

The entire trip was well planned and well executed.
Ria did a fantastic job. Only the travel agents need to inform the consumers as to what forms should be filled.
for instance, arrival forms in a certain country.
My family and I did not face any issues and had an excellent time at Kihaa Resort in Maldives.
