Ria of Travel Creationz was amazing. Nothing I asked was too much trouble for her, even outside of office hours. We were 6 elderly ladies visiting Croatia and she and her associated tour operator, Katrina Tours, made it a funfilled exciting holiday for us. It was well planned and executed. What made our booking experience great was the service we received, coupled with honesty and support while traveling. My partner and I decided to travel to Europe, 3 countries, and having Ria on standby whenever we encountered a challenge served as great comfort.

All the trip planning was done completely and fully on my behalf with a high level of quality service providers and the itinerary worked like clock-work. Unique about TravelCreationz is that while in our trip, they kept contact to ensure that we are on track with our itinerary, were easily accessible and intervened where needed. Will surely use them next time.

Thank you for a smooth process as we were seeking advices and additional quotations for extra nights and train tickets to Vienna following a voucher purchased from Hyperli for the Prague vacation. It was easy interacting with Ria and all we needed help with was executed conveniently. Our transfer from airport to the hotel and vis versa arranged on time. We had a peace of mind in the countries we were not familiar with as all was properly arranged on time and relevant Vouchers accurately arranged and submitted to us on time. Sight seeing and the boat cruise was a highlight. We managed to see a lot of attractions including the Charles Bridge, the Castle, the Astronomical Clock, St Nicholas Cathedral, the Patrini Tower, St Vitus Cathedral etc. Our hotel, the Castle Bridge Palace Hotel was the BEST. They took pride in presenting a 5Star Breakfast daily. We highly appreciate...

Our recent trip to Zanzibar was fantastic due to the excellent service rendered by Ria. The bookings, transfers, accommodation, communication and friendly approach were outstanding. Ria went beyond in ensuring that all that our insurance was sorted out. Her almost immediate response to all our queries was phenomenal. We tried booking the same trip with other travel agents but never got the customer service that Ria provided. We have recommended Ria to many of our friends and family who have observed through our pictures the fantastic holiday we had. Well done and continue with your amazing work. The trip was organized and seemless. transfers waiting and the agent was available to assist. At no stage did we wait .
The hotel was also great but far from places of interest. we spent more time on the road to and from the hotel.
The staff was also very good!!
The only downside is the mandatory insurance. This is a rip off considering that one already had travel insurance.

Changing arrangements was also easy as the agent was accessible . overall the trip was pleasant!

The start of the process was seamless, there was constant communication and response was done timeously. The information on the flight change was sent 2 days before departure, no follow up was done on whether the email was received or not. If I had not gone into my emails I would have missed my flight. But overall the experience was great and they checked up on us during the trip. Thank you for everything we had peace of mind knowing all things were taken care of.
