If I could put zero as a rating I would! Mixed messages and base a score on their interpretation! Send helpful tips like ‘use less of your available credit to improve your credit score’ at the same time as ‘use more of your available credit to improve your credit score’.

Slow at answering emails! Took over a week before I got answers back challenging their scoring !

Not accurate reporting !

Utilise a credit limit even when I’ve clearly borrowed more over a so called limit and paid back on time for years ! Never missed a payment !

Downgrade your credit score even though I never missed a payment in over 10 years of credit scoring !! Then down grade my credit score because I used over 50% of my available credit limit ! Yes that’s right I didn’t go over my credit LIMIT !! I hit 52% of my available credit LIMIT !! Not Exceeding my credit LIMIT!! 48% left of available credit LIMIT left and they took points off me and downgraded my credit score !!!
What logic or rationale do they use at the same time as telling me to use more of my available credit !!?

Total embarrassment of a scoring system and completely contradicts itself !!

What went wrong?... Everything!
My credit rating has my sister's car loan on MY credit rating!
We, obviously, have the same surname.. but different first names.
We live at the same address when I am in N Ireland.
Your company cannot manage to understand that we are two different individuals.. with.. obviously.. two different credit ratings!
I have sent numerous emails and now my sister has also sent an email.
The most recent email to me, addressed me as MARY KIM (my sister's name!)

I fail to see how your company continues to make the same mistake.
Perhaps you should employ humans as opposed to AI?!

I have received today a huge box containing reams of paper but each sheet & there must be over a 100 per booklet all a4 size but in Braille. I am blind but unable to rad braille & more worrying is that I did not request this.

I am almost ready to report this company to the ICO. I have twice asked them to correct wrong information and they haven’t done it. Further to this they sent me an email which was meant for another customer with a lot of their personal information in the email. This company should not be trusted with our information.

Told me I am not on the Electoral Roll - letter from local council confirms I am - why can't they do a simple check?

An absolute disgrace. Something which they promised me had been observed out over 12 months ago is still incorrect despite my having provided them with everything they need. How on earth my bank still uses them is beyond me.

I have an "Excellent" credit rating with Experian.
Audi use Bumper for splitting the cost of car repairs, they use TransUnion for credit references. I was refused credit because these companies say, "We couldn’t find a credit report for you at the address provided. Please check your details below:
Make sure your address is correct and up to date - if you’ve recently moved, try applying with your previous address.Make sure your name is your full legal name, not a shortened version, nickname, or entered incorrectly."
This is nonsense! If they cannot find me at an address where I have lived for over 10 years, they should not be in business.

After several telephone calls and emails to Creation finance over a couple of months to remove a fraudulent account on my credit score which they’d accepted shouldn’t have been there I contacted TranUnion who within 2 weeks had the account removed from my report big thank you to Lindiwe who I dealt with on the telephone

contacted them about how they have provided my bank with someone else's credit report and just keep messing me about and wont fix there mistake which is a breach of data protection act.

Of the three credit reference agencies Transunion are the worst I have had continual problems with their failures to update my credit report In particular they state that I am not on the Electoral register which is not true as I am on the register. This is the second time that I have to raise this issue with them and it continues to impact my credit score with Transunion
I find it odd that the other two agencies of Equifax & Experian do not have this problem neither do the credit broker agencies all of which score me as either excellent or very good whilst Transunion score me as 'Fair' which reduces my ability to get decent lending and credit card rates. There correction process is very slow as it was justover a year ago when I moved house and it took months for Transunion to get the information from the electoral register and correct

They are unable to verify my information and this was since raising 2 disputes. They are unable to give me any information and after stating I don’t want a credit report, sent me a report which was breached as it was repackaged by Royal Mail. Providers cannot verify me and after checking the data, it’s correct. I wish I could use a different credit bureau as I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Keep calling with info and they keep offing a report and not acknowledging the fact they can have a system issue which is what my providers have said. Overall, they’re an awful organisation and have breached my personal data and want to try and do it again. I wish I could give 0 stars

I contacted them because I couldn’t understand that I’d paid off £19,000 worth of debt from my account and 2 of my cards had given me increased credit limits . On CREDABILITY my score increased by 40 points . Yet on MoneySuperMarket they reduced my score by 8 points . They also wrongly said 2 of my accounts was over 50% which was also incorrect ??

On MoneySuperMarket they had reduced my overall debt by £19,000yet still reduced my score by 8 points ???

Never answered my question just passed the back to Transunion ??

Declined me credit. Haven't missed a payment in 14 years and I couldn't get credit with V12 finance because of you. I'm with V12 and haven't missed a payment for them in 2 years and counting. You would happily give an illegal migrant credit though and not hard working born and raised british citizens.

Absolutely useless! 3 network fabricated a wrong amount and damage my credit score with this! I contacted this incompetent lots with information and raised a dispute, and this ones said they believe three network and closed the case! How unfair and nasty can you be? I have evidence of their 3’s fabricated lie! What is your usefulness when you allow this bad guys to bully people because they are bigger? A big shame on you TransUnion.

Absolutely impossible to navigate their website. Everytime I try to raise a dispute it takes me back to the same screen. For a company as large as this its Absolutely appaling how they can get away with such shocking service.

I would love to blacklist them, disgraceful.
