We are in the enviable position to employ our own great team of technicians. They are all fully trained with years of experience behind them.
None of our work is sub contracted out to any 3rd party companies.
We have full programming and diagnostics equipment in order to provide the safest and effective towing solutions.
We carry out mobile installations in the Midlands, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and Staffordshire.
We also have a fitting centre in Coventry, conveniently located on the A45, if you prefer to bring the vehicle to us.

They put the wrong electrics on my car meaning I had to wait 3 weeks before they could change it also meaning that we couldn't go away as planned...

Mr Taylor. We have contacted you on receiving this review. It was a mistake and some confusion on both parts that an initial 7 pin single socket was installed in. 13 pin sockets are also single. Once the issue had been identified we did offer a 7 to 13 pin adaptor to use in the interim period before changing to a13 pin socket which was delayed due to you only having a Saturday available for us to change to the 13 pin socket. We understand you work during the week. We rectified the issue asap. You could still tow with 7 pin as this provides light and the adaptor would of done this no problem at all.
I have just called to state and emailed in writing that you will receive a future discount for the inconvenience. We feel one star is a mean reflection. I also spoke to you on the day we put the correct socket on and apologised.

Very happy customer.
Excellent service, not the cheapest, but fitter turned up, bang on time as arranged, and did a great job. He clearly knew his job, and was happy to explain what he was doing, during the fitting. I now have an excellent, detachable tow bar, with 13 pin electrics, invisible when detached. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Still no refund from an absent number plate!
They came to fit my tow bar which was absolutely fine,did a great job of this However... I paid for a number plate to be made which I am still waiting for a month later, they said I can have a refund which I am yet to receive!
Not a happy customer! I will not be recommending them to anyone!

Thank you for your review. We have made multiple calls and sent multiple emails to you to discuss this totally inaccurate review. All of our calls are imprinted and recorded and emails obviously retained.
Just after your tow bar installation you called to state you had not received the registration plate. We posted a registration plate to you. You called and said you had not received it. You then requested a refund. We had actually recorded the postage. We did not dispute that with you and refunded £21.00 to the card you originally paid with The refund was on the 13th August. We have electronic proof from our card provider. We have also copy and pasted this to you 2 days ago in order that you could see this. You emailed prior to this saying you had not had the refund. I find it quite strange now that the review goes on a month later, we then respond again with the proof of the refund and you are now ignoring our calls and emails to discuss this. We now think you are ignoring us as you have realised you have had the refund all along. This type of inaccurate review is disappointing and incorrect. We have left our response 3 days in hope that you would talk to ourselves.

Good experience
Good experience - good guidance and very efficient. Fitter that came was very experienced and polite, explaining exactly what he was going to do, tested it all, and gave me some tips (10 years + doing the job which gave me confidence as I’ve never fitted one before). Would definitely recommend them.

Fabulous company
Fabulous company. They are brilliant, great staff and a great job. Will be having all future tow bars fitted here. They may not be the cheapest but as I have got older I have realized you get what you pay for. Here you get quality products and a quality service. Try them you won't be disappointed
