Only placed a small order but it was received promptly, the items were as described, the prices were competetive and quality good. Shipping costs were reasonable and I woukd have no hesitation in using TrailerTek again.

Quick delivery service, I did have issues with website couldn't make purchase,just went on again later in the day had no further issues.

Although the website gave (for me) insufficient information I phoned Trailer Tek and was given full and accurate information . I placed the order and the wheel and tyre arrived in perfect condition next day.

Highly recommend Trailer Tek, I needed new tyres for a vintage caravan, Trailer Tek had just what I wanted and was the only supplier who had stock. They were delivered next day and for a good price.

I ordered two tyres and gave the exact requirements, they sent two tyres that were wrong. I subsequently got convinced to buy two new wheels which the tyres would fit, which was a reasonable suggestion given the state of the old wheels. I asked specifically what information was required, which I provided in full exactly as requested. They then sent out two new wheels. Low and behold, having had the incorrectly supplied tyres from the initial order fitted, the wheels would not fit - they provided a different stud size to what was ordered and never even took the time to mention it. Subsequently they took back the wheels with the tyres fitted, and have so far only refunded the wheels, leaving £100plus unresolved. issues am pretty sure that whoever runs this company doesn't read emails, and has very little idea what they are supplying. they certainly have no sense of what good customer service looks like. Honestly, if you need spares for your trailer buy elsewhere, service and looking after their customers are not a strong point.

The order was despatched on time, with genuine next-day delivery. So far so good.

I ordered a set of brake shoes and 2 brake cables. The brake shoes came as ordered, but the cables were a different length. I ordered a sheath length of 930mm, their despatch note said 930mm, but the actual sheath length was around 1020mm. (The primary measure for brake cables is the sheath length, not the length of the inner cable, though that is also important).

Fortunately, the difference was not all that great, so I was still able to use them. Others may not be so lucky.
