Subscriptin renewal
We have Tracker installed on all our vehicles and I was phoning to renew one of our subscriptions. Lionel was very nice and chatty and explained our policy. It was also explained that payment details taken over the pone were secure.

New nano tracker
Had a couple of phone conversations to sort out my new nano tracker. My orginal one I bought via Adrian Flux insurance. As I am not longer with that company I was buying my new one direct from Tracker. Not that easy and straight forward but all sorted out in the end and Keya was great.

Tracker on my caravan was due for renewal
The tracker on my caravan was due for renewal after five years, which I wasn’t aware of. Tracker contacted me to explain this and kindly offered a discount as a long-standing customer. Kelly clearly explained everything and arranged the renewal, with a company scheduled to arrange a visit to the caravan, which is in storage, to replace the tracker.
