Dreadful company
Dreadful company, avoid like the plague! I foolishly allowed myself to be talked into have a Tracker system fitted to my new F-Type, and I now regret that decision hugely. For the first two months the system worked as expected, but then one of the two driver tags started playing up, leading to false “stolen” alerts. I reported the issue to tracker and, given the system was only two months old, they apologised, and posted me two replacement driver tags (which they assured me had already been pre-paired with my vehicle). They asked me to post the two original tags back to them (which I did). Since then, every time I drive the vehicle, with either or both of the new driver tags present, false “stolen” alerts are generated. So far, I have sent 4 emails and called them 3 times, over a period of 8 days, and the problems persist. I have been promised return calls twice, but none have ever been made and none of the emails have received any response other than the standard, fully automated, “we’ve raised a case for you” replies.
If this continues any longer I shall be forced to return the car to the garage and have them rip out the tracker system completely.

Sorry to hear that the Tracker unit is draining the vehicle battery, in order of us to be able to escalate your case to our technical team for review, can you please provide us with your contact details via find reviewer.
Our current app is only for our Trackers that has GPS, it records journeys, provide app alerts for either Geofence or safemode, and provides information on theft stats, however we can get someone from services team to contact you to help with the app features.
