Excellent Product with Staff to match!
Bianca, the lady who contacted me, could not have been more efficient, informative, understanding and helpful. She had previously phoned me to explain everything clearly to me, which she then confirmed by email. On her follow-up call my Tracker contract renewal was completed and the whole experience could not have been better. Keya remembered she had spoken to me several days ago when she had promptly sorted out my problem and took the steps she promised straight away. She answered my new query clearly and succinctly and had a very pleasant demeanor throughout.
Her dialect is very easy for me to understand, which I do not find to be the case with most other call centers. We need many more like her. Kind regards.

Professional service but expensive
Not sure how useful these trackers are. But I went for renewing and also replacing the tracker as apparently it was 5 years old and reached its lifetime. I went for this because I already mentioned to insurance company that I have a tracker in the car, and also it might be beneficial to sell the car. Not sure that helps either. It feels like it is another game of branded cars to earn money as the tracker cost is very high. As far as the people who called me and sent an engineer to fix the tracker etc. they were all professional and punctual.
