Trustworthy
Tracker (Keya- Accounts Consultant) contacted me to say the battery had depleted on my Tracker as last signal from it was received in mid December. Now early January.
Went through options. Service/battery replacement or get a brand new updated Tracker for virtually the same price. Went with the latter. Installation to be arranged.
Similar situation 6 years ago when similar situation arose. So the Tracker battery lasts about 6 years. Could get expensive over time. (My track car is almost 13 years old now). But it is just about a reasonable cost. But it was never something I thought of when I went with Tracker at the start - having a regular back up battery replacement. It is an additional unexpected cost. No issue with Tracker as a company. For peace of mind, I would rather have it than not.

I got a phone call from Lionel about the tracker in my classic Jaguar car, I was very rude to him and told he was a scammer. He was so patient with me and sent me verification of who he was. I was truly mortified, Lionel was kind and could not be more helpful to me.
