Great Customer Service - Highly Recommended
Samantha took my call and was incredibly helpful throughout. My old Nano Tracker device had stopped working - the new one had arrived and I needed help setting it up. Samantha worked extremely patiently with me and even helped me afterwards with registration of the device on Nano Tracker's website. Great service....thank you Samantha!

Order placed eventually, but a very poor telephone line
Keya was helpful and got my oder done eventually but my experience was spoilt by TERRIBLE communication problems which meant that I could not hear what was being said on the call. Keya had to call me back several times and try different internet cables etc. There was also extremely loud background noise [other people talking, crackling on the line etc.] which didn't help. Keya was very apologetic and it was not her fault, but all in all a very frustrating experience.

Just as I was considering ending my…
Just as I was considering ending my subscription due to ongoing issues with my tracker app, and after several unhelpful conversations with various staff members, I finally connected with Rishi on my third attempt. Previous staff suggested waiting for a superior or technician, but Rishi took just 10 minutes to delve into the problem. He checked all my device serial codes and successfully resolved the issue, ensuring my app functioned properly for insurance. Thanks to Rishi's exceptional assistance, I’m pleased to continue my membership and even plan to extend it. I wish he could receive commission for my subscription, as he was the only one who truly helped. Rishi is an invaluable asset to the company, preventing the loss of a long-term customer. His quick, effective solution, without any empty promises, demonstrated remarkable skill. I insisted on getting his name for this review, grateful for his outstanding service. Thank you, Rishi.

Tracker problems with false alarms being triggered.Lionel took ownership of the issue and instigated a series of ascending steps which eventually resolved the issue. Regular contact was maintained and Lionel dealt with the issue in a courteous and customer friendly manner

Rishi Saved a customer of multiple years after a bad experience.
I was about to cancel my membership after speaking to multiple male/female staff in regards to my tracker app not working and stop using tracker.
It was volatile it worked so I would be covered via insurance but no one helped until I spoke to rishi. Which I fortunately got after the 3 call.
All the people had told me that I would need to wait for a higher up or technician to help. However Rishi spent 10 minutes investigating the issue with the tracker going through all my serial codes for new and old devices and he managed to fix it perfectly and have it running.
Because of Rishi I will be continuing my subscription and will be extending it in the future. I do wish he was the one that helped me pay for the subscription so you could get the commission as he was the only person to help me.
Rishi is a valuable part of your company and you would have lost a customer who has been for years today if I didn’t come into Rishi. He managed to enter the back end and fix a complicated issue no one else was. And he did it all in 10 minutes. No false promises about calling me back and not doing so like the others, he called me straight back and fixed it.
He deserves to be put on a higher rank in the company because if he was more in control customer satisfaction would be 10/10.
I forced him to give me his name so I can leave this review as I was so happy with his help and service.
