Installation difficult to book
It was easy to place an order with Tracker but difficult to contact the installer. The installer did not respond to email/online booking requests, so had to telephone them to get the order booked.

Worst customer service & Install service
Purchased a tracker via Adrian Flux as part of my insurance. Referred to HPC for installation. Cannot get any response from HPC, no reply to my emails, 15 minutes sitting on the phone multiple times. Rang Adrian Flux for help, they dumped me on Tracker Customer Service who were unhelpful and said they could do nothing to help as they don't install. Absolutely shocking service. I am about to loose my insurance due to the time frame given by Adrian Flux and HPC for installation and none of it is my fault.
