All good
Package arrived in good time and the items were good. Only gave 4 stars as didn't receive free gift after spending a certain amount. I did email the company but never received a reply. I'm a sucker for a freebie and was sad 😶. Other than that some good stock and fair prices.

Hi Emily,
Thank you for your review and for supporting our little shop. We're pleased your order arrived promptly and that you were happy with your items, but we're sorry you missed out on your free gift and didn't receive a reply to your email.
For our free gift offer on qualifying orders of £50 or more, please choose a gift from the free gift category on our website and add it to your basket. The selected gift will then be free once the qualifying spend is met. We're sorry this wasn't clearer.
Please contact us through our website inbox when you next place an order and let us know which gift you've chosen. We'll be happy to include the gift you missed out on with your next order.
Thank you again for your support, and we hope to put a smile on your face with your next parcel!
Best wishes,
The Toys Forest Team

I have mixed feelings about this place…
I have mixed feelings about this place 🫤 . On the positive side, they dispatch figures very quickly. For I had placed my order on the 20th of May and received it by the 23rd, which I was very pleased with.
However, I do think the delivery charge is rather expensive, especially when placing a large order (as I have done in this case). I also appreciated the offer of a free gift with orders over £50, though unfortunately I did not receive one, and the available gifts were not particularly to my taste.
That said, my overall experience was still somewhat fairly positive, and I may order from them again in the future (though I can not quite say). And I do wish, that they stocked more figures of my favourite characters, such as Bakugo, Mirio, Monoma, Dabi, Gojo, Nanami, Toji, Loid Forger, and more Haikyu characters.
