box wasn't even damaged came fast to and nothin went wrong

A really good website that I've ordered from multiple times. The delivery time is also super good, and the fact its free shipping for orders over £20 is great too. If anymore husk stuff pops up I will definitely buy again. I reccomend!

Anime Emporium completely nailed this order, earning every bit of its five-star rating. The package arrived remarkably fast, beating my expectations by a couple of days. More importantly, the thick, heavy-duty cardboard packaging ensured my items were fully protected, arriving in absolute mint condition without a single ding or crease on the boxes. It is rare to see a store care this much about collector safety. Between the lightning-fast shipping and the bulletproof protection, this is easily a top-tier storefront, and I will definitely be buying from them again.

I placed my order in November last year, and my items turned up this week (August). The order was two sets of Studio Ghibli chopsticks, which I had essentially written off as a scam (hence not pursuing), so imagine my surprise when I get a notification of impending delivery, and a post person hands me a rather large, very light box, with indeed two sets of chopsticks and a large amount of giant bubble wrap and cardboard inside. I hadn’t heard a single thing from the company, or through the Shop app, about delays or low stock or difficulties or reassurances the items were still coming. I am actually impressed my order turned up at all at long last, hence two stars not one, but it was very, very over packaged. The items are exactly what I wanted last November, when they said they could deliver them for Christmas last year, but now? Not so much as I bought different Ghibli chopsticks for Christmas that my kids have been using for many months. The chopsticks themselves are lovely, I really like them, and don’t want to send them back or anything, but they’re also rather redundant, and it makes me sad I couldn’t give them as a Christmas gift. Not the end of the world, I know.
So they are a really nice product, that may take 9 months to arrive, and will do so in a massive box for no reason.

once the pre order was released my figure got to me within 2 days!! they wrap the box in this paper mesh stuff and my cat loved it

Ordered 2 items on the 29th May, After a few weeks I emailed to chase with no response - The 1 item came, repeatedly chased again, no item received after a month and zero communication. Not great company to deal with at all and will now mean I have to raise a chargeback as I have no other options
