Really rapid delivery but lots of damaged tiles.
Really rapid delivery. Ordered 3pm one day and they arrived 8:30am the day after. Good price and well wrapped but 3 whole boxes of tiles were broken. I didn’t contact customer service as the email says all issues need to be reported within 24 hours and I didn’t want the stress of trying and failing.
I expected the odd tile to be broken and there were a few in the boxes but I didn’t expect entire boxes to be smashed up. They were split face tiles so more easily breakable, I guess.
The tiles are decent though and as you’d get from anywhere else.

Great Customer Service. Although the delivery of my tiles was delayed - twice - Charlie chased up the delivery company for me and my tiles finally arrived. They have now been paid and I am very pleased with them.

I’ve had mixed experiences with Total…
I’ve had mixed experiences with Total Tiles from totaltiles. The tile quality is generally good and staff are patient and helpful, but delivery has been inconsistent. While issues were resolved quickly in some cases, others left a lot to be desired, causing inconvenience. Overall, an average service that could use improvement in reliability.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
First order arrived, no correspondence with delivery at all or confirmation the order had been placed. I had to call to check (Which took an age to get through to anyone and several calls) it was all received and they couldn't give me any details on delivery as its a 3rd party who goes back to a tile company for the tiles.
Tiles arrived and a few were broken, we accepted that as 'waste' (In hindsight we should have flagged the quality then) and carried on. We then decided to order some more tiles for a wall we had previously not planned to tile (no window in the bathroom so plumber recommended all tiles and not painted wall), well this was a totally different story with so many broken tiles (over half broken) and as the tiler placed the tiles on the wall they cracked or had hairline cracks or chips. I emailed the CS number and basically got called a liar and had to provide more evidence, I had originally provided a photo of the tiles and a screen shot of the information provided by the plumber/tiler (2 people as its a two brother business one is a plumber and one is a tiler). Both said how poor the tiles are and look like the pallet has been dropped. After several emails back and forth with a very pushy and rude customer service agent i now have to send more pictures on monday when the plumber/tiler are back on site (off due to compassionate) and delay for waiting for more tiles that they dont send out any comms for and waiting around for a delivery that they dont update details on. (delay of at least 9 days where im now going to have to pay the plumber/tiler to wait around)
0/10 for the customer service (I would give less if i could as they were so rude)
0/10 for the tiles being broken (accidents happen, if a dropped pallet, unacceptable with a DISHONEST COMPANY)
0/10 for the communication (dont expect any correspondence or knowing if the order is through or being delivered, learn to read minds and expect them to happily take your money for damaged items and no correspondence)
Advice, don't use this shambles of a company, if you do don't expect any level of customer service or any communication when placing an order and expect to increase the amount of waste tiles by 50-75% as quality is terrible.
I DID WONDER IF THEY ARE SELLING SECONDS AND NOT BEING HONEST. BE WARNED - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
I EXPECT THE COMPANY TO TRY AND FOB OFF WITH A RESPONSE, I HAVE ALL EVIDENCE OF POOR QUALITY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO EVIDENCE OF CORRESPONDANCE FOR ORDER AS THEY DONT SEND ANY.
