N&C Tiles and Bathrooms Anmeldelser 

Well, my paint I ordered was dispatched quickly. However, not to me but a different house in our village! I sent very explicit instructions on how to find my address, which weren’t read. I was told there would be a dispatch email, which I never got so I didn’t know the paint was out for delivery. Apparently the driver didn’t even knock on the door at the property he left it at, where he would’ve been told it wasn’t my address. I didn’t get my parcel until the following day! Not the service I was expecting.

My experience was a little bit fraught with deliveries not being delivered, et cetera but Jack was amazing and super helpful through the whole process so I would give them five stars because of Jack.

I placed an order in April and requested delivery on 20 May. My tiles arrived incomplete, with key tiles missing. What followed was five broken delivery promises from their National Manager and Store Manager — including a written confirmation of a specific delivery window that was then missed.

I was told on multiple occasions that tiles would be driven down personally if needed. They were not. My fitters had to leave with the bathroom half-finished, leaving me without a functioning bath or shower.

Despite sending five emails and making countless calls, I have received zero response on compensation — which the Store Manager verbally acknowledged was warranted. The only way to get any response from N&C at all is to physically sit in their store.

Disappointing from a company I had high hopes for. Quick to take my money, non existent at responding to my emails even on their customer complaints email address.

Great service with knowledgeable and helpful staff. We bought outdoor porcelain wall tiles and the adhesive from the Plymouth store with the help and advice of Lee. The tiles we liked weren’t in stock and Lee got them transferred from Southampton all at no extra cost.

Paid an extra £15 for next day delivery but only received the standard 3-5 days delivery. I was then promised to be refunded this fee, however this has still not materialised (over 2 weeks later).

On top of this, the actual tiles (once received) were in really bad state, with multiple chips and surface scratches on virtually every tile. Despite logging complaints about both the late delivery and the poor quality of products, I have been completely ignored by this company.

Great product that arrived very securely packaged with updates on progress and a helpful delivery slot all at an attractive price.

Found exactly what I needed after long search.
Tiles were to replace damaged ones when other work being completed.
Colour was a great match,also I only needed a very small amount which was not a problem.
Delivery was organised and onetime.

Customer service excellent

The mosaic tiles were just stylised tiles, made to look like mosaic. Wanted real mosaic tiles.

Went to the Cardiff Shop on Hadfield Road and Karl couldn't have been more accommodating, he was helping someone else at the time and he made sure to assist them taking tiles out to the car and when he went past asked us if we needed help, he made buying tiles quick and painless and I will be back to deal with Karl for all my future tiling/paving needs.

Easy to order and quick delivery. Tiles were well packed and delivered right outside my door.

Perfect! Just what we were looking for. We got a lot of samples from many companies and are glad we went with N&C

The product shown online is completely different from what it actually looks like in person. The photos are misleading and do not accurately represent what you receive.

When I requested to return the items, instead of arranging a collection, I was told to hire my own transport and return them myself. For large and heavy items, this is completely unreasonable and not the level of customer service I expected.

Overall, very disappointing experience. I would not recommend buying from this company

Right product at fair price speedily delivered

Easy and helpful ordering service and tiles arrived within only a few days.

I would have scored 5 stars however some tiles were broken.
N&C did offer to replace or refund the cost of the broken tiles.
I accepted the £3 refund 😁
Apart from this the overall service from N&C was pretty good.

Ordered a couple of small items last Friday, was charged £12 for delivery, took 6 days to arrive and only part of the order was delivered? I rang them and they couldn’t find out why? Said they were closing in 5 minutes…. Wanted to do a tiling job this weekend but can’t as the primer wasn’t delivered

Very helpful staff who provided excellent advice and assistance in ordering all the necessary items for our project - would certainly recommend Upali and the team at Hedge End.

Tiles where spot on but delivery time definitely not
