Total Sheds Anmeldelser

I was nervous after seeing lots of negative reviews but cannot complain

From placing order through to delivery and install has been good. They rang to confirm the online order and ask some install questions in advance and confirm delivery date. Day before due I also got a courtesy call to give approx time. The 2 guys who delivered and installed were great. Tidy work and quick.

Only small thing was they left without advising they were finished or letting me check amd as a customer think that would have been courteous but it was all fine when we did check but overall no complaints.

Very poor service, they give incorrect information, do not reply to issues and refuse refunds when the incorrect amount is charged. Would never use them again.

Almost three months since my review I have been asked for details. The invoice and correspondence was provided to Trustpilot hence the verified review.

Ben and Gavin from total sheds sheds have just installed my beautiful summerhouse. Very professional, expertise impeccable and from start to finish of my order so impressed. Thank you. Highly recommended

I am very pleased with the shed and with the young men who delivered and erected it.
Both Ben and Gavin were very pleasant and polite and quite happily carried all the panels down a very steep track of about 200 yards.
I could not recommend them highly enough.

So far so good, delivered as stated on 19/2/21 and transformed into a garden bar by 24/2/21. They went the extra mile in cutting in the hatch for me as requested and no extra charge! Install lads were great and friendly. Worth every penny will be recommending to others. Great service and shed. Happy customer here!

Kev and Jack from Total sheds installed the 4mx3m shed in this inclement weather. Both very professional and polite, straight to the job and navigated at least a couple of inches of snow in the garden to complete the job. I did call to offer alternative dates but Total sheds stayed firm on their committed date and completed the job as promised. The shed was shiplap tongue and groove 34mm pressure treated so time will tell about the quality but buying, delivery and install have been really impressive.

Furthermore, Tracy at the office was utterly professional and so was Richard who co-ordinated delivery and install.

Companies like this bring and encourage British jobs.

Thank you, lads!

After problems with another supplier we thought we give these guys a go. We bought a summerhouse of them in January 2020, and took the opportunity of their reduced price fitting offer. I was surprised that they offered several different options for the same price, however we took the standard fitting as 2 opening windows and 4 fixed ones with doors in the middle. The shed arrived as promised and they guys managed to completely erect it in about an hour. I’ve only 2 niggles, 1 floor board cracked as it had a big knot in it but that was braced with some extra support, and there was quite a bit of shrinking of the younger and groove, bu again in was January and the a wet one at that. Niggles aside, we have a brilliant and dry summerhouse with glass in the windows that’s been up for 12 months without issue. I would recommend these peopke

Excellent service from phone order to delivery, Ben and Gavin very efficient and friendly, built in no time, good solid shed at great price, very happy.

Amazing job from start to finish richard went out of his way to meet our needs we had a 9ft by 7 ft summerhouse over the moon with it ben and gavin did the fitting what fab guys would highly recomend thankyou all jules

Delivered and fitted before expected date. Ben and Gavin were pleasant and quickly put the shed together

Very pleased with the service from start to finish and kept up to date with how my order was progressing. I particularly appreciated the call a few days prior to delivery to check everything was ok. Ben and Gav arrived bang on time, the summer house was in place in no time and they asked me to make sure I was happy with everything before they left. I’d made a few changes to the standard spec and everything was as it should be and the quality looks good.

A good price for supply and installation. the installers, Ben and Gav were polite, friendly and professional. They quickly installed the shed to an excellent standard. The shed seems to be of a decent quality.

Gavin and Ben were very professional, came on time and were very informative in regards to the shed. Polite and friendly, would definitely recommend.
