On the 7 day plan I was able to pay little and do more than 1000 questions, do simulations and hazard perception mock ups... I passed the test with 48 out of 50 points. I bought top test but was not able to…
I bought top test but was not able to use it within the 7 days as I was very busy. I emailed to inform them, I was very pleased that they got back to me swiftly and with a full refund. I will now reapply and use the app within the 7 days.

I was not able to use this app because I was very busy and misunderstood that after 7 days I will have to pay again I thought I could go back to the app. I didn't really use it and was told to pay again.I email them to inform them of this I am yet to get a reply.

It seems that you might have missed our response to your refund request which my colleague sent you yesterday. Although we do clearly mark the duration of the premium on our purchase page, we've made an exception and processed the refund for you already. It also looks like you have an existing Lifetime Premium plan which you simply have to log into to continue practicing.
