I ordered what I believed were genuine Sorupods (sleep ear pods), but the experience quickly raised red flags. Despite the website giving the impression that the company is based in Canada, my shipment originated from China. What I received is a low-quality, Chinese-made knockoff—definitely not what was advertised. Extremely disappointed and feeling misled.

Bait and switch SCAM program here. BEWARE! Order confirmation shows the product you thought you bought. You get a cheaper less quality version of what you ordered. No response after multiple attempts to resolve.

Scammers. They sell crap stuff and they don't take responsebility. Don't buy from this Chines Scammer comepany.

I ordered Cranovib White I received them after a week. I thought I was ordering from the US. The headphones do not work well. They have a tinny, hollow sound and I couldn’t get them out mp3 mode and their demo music. I wrote 3 emails for a refund and return them. I still have not received a response. UPDATE: 07/30/025: after 6 emails and following their directions with videos and pics, I received no response to their requested pics & videos, including where they are falling apart. If there was a way I would upload pics here. UPDATE 08/06/2025:I have now sent pictures and video of the defective headset and they still have not responded after I sent the pictures and video. If I could give them a minus 5.

Basically I ordered a Velmetrix bike computer from this site and I received a Cycplus bike computer instead I paid A$199 (plus a years extended warranty) where as a Cycplus computer retails for A$ 29- 37 from a number of sites.
I have now addressed this by email 5 times with them and after an initial response requiring photo and order details thay have ghosted me.

But was sent a pair of Hyundai smart glasses wrong product
They will not do a return.

Appalling. Wish I could give zero stars. Product arrived faulty, customer service told me they would refund me if I sent the item back to them in China, which cost me even more money, and now they've gone quiet. It's been months of me chasing. I'm out of pocket about 150 quid.

I bought a pair of quite expensive Sorupods which stopped functioning after a few weeks. I followed the guidelines and I sent photos and videos to describe the problems but after three or four mails, the correspondence stopped and I never received a final answer about receiving a new pair of Sorupods (EarPods) or getting a total refund.

Trying to return my E writer , but no help whatsoever . Please can you organise this .

I ordered 2 Astrobupy telescopes total bill $227.97 Order # TOPUS518990. No written instructions, just pictures to figure out how to put it together.

Quality is sub par, cannot find how to contact them to request a full refund and return the telescopes.

Looking through the lens to find the moon is blurry and hard to locate anything else in the sky. So disappointed.

Purchased a car camera. Item arrived with missing parts. Returned item to with authorization. Request refund including photo copies of item and postage. Given excuse as diffulty with processing credit card refunds three times now. When informed Company I was reporting them to Facebook management, they now have stopped responding. Buyers beware. This is a scam Chinese company with fake front marketing company doing business on Facebook. Now Trying to get assistance from Facebook. Next Reporting to BBB and FTC.

I have to agree with all other reviewers. I generally check out Trustpilot before I buy anything, why I didn’t this time is a mystery and I regret that. This company is not responsive, charge too much, even with all their discounts & email appeals.

Do not order from this company!! The quality of their products is horrible. I have requested a refund several times and they respond asking for pictures. I’ve sent pictures 4 times. Obviously they are not going to give me a refund.

Scammers they sell you expensive stuff and wrong size and never response you

Bought a Soundbar, absolutely no good. Trying to return but no response to my requests.

Order #TOPUS54592. Paid Top Deals Max $166.77 debit card 12/10/24for 2 pair binocular. Product received, but inferior quality. The issues are- 1) the optics are misaligned; the images don't line up. 2)The binoculars have high chromatic aberration; with high contrast, you see a rainbow at the edge. 3) The focal point is imperfect; there are no chrisp details. In summary, optically the binoculars are of poor quality.
1/7 I emailed support@customer-star, provided photos and a complete explanation of the problem. I wanted to return the unused binoculars for a full refund.
re: Ticket# 138930, 139141,147121. Every time I emailed about a refund, they email me a new Ticket Number.
1/20/25 I filed a complaint with the US Federal Trade Commission against TopDealsMax for failing to refund $166.77 for 2 pairs of optically poor quality binoculars.

Warning! The way the product looks and the description is complete opposite! The quality is equal to TEMU, but TEMU is a better company to deal with. I requested a return immediately when the package delivered and got push back. Finally they agreed to let me return, but I had to pay the return fee. If you do not know the expense and headache shipping to China. Save yourself grief and use another supplier!!

What a cheap binocular/camera combo!! The battery stays charged for one photo and it doesn’t zoom in at all!! False advertising for sure. $160 wasted!!
