Have bought from Tom‘s Trunks many times and have always received excellent service and fast delivery, Unfortunately, I had to send a couple of items back due to them being too big, but they got lost in the Royal Mail system (thankfully I had a tracking number) but still, Tom‘s Trunks refunded me though they were not at fault. Excellent customer service. Would so recommend this company!

I've ordered trousers from Tom's Trunks before. I love them. Ordering this time, I messed up putting my phone number for the order - emailed customer service and got a really fast and helpful reply. All I all a fantastic experience all round

My teenage daughters are huge fans of the classic trousers and they are great quality. I emailed customer services today (Sunday) and received a response to my query within 5 minutes. Amazing customer service. Great product and great service, keep it up!

I emailed customer service regarding my order. I’d received a confirmation email, but hadn’t heard about delivery and was hoping my items would be here before going on holiday. I received a response with a few hours to confirm my clothes were on their way. First class service!

Amazing customer service as I maned to accidently send it to a wrong address and there replied straight away on a Sunday this is really amazing. Can't wait to receive my product and leav another review

Ordered the lounge pants in dark blue and shorts in green wasn’t a fan of the fit on the shorts but they sorted me out well with the returns and ended up changing the shorts for the lounge pants in the same colour amazing company and very honest service :)

I believe that the product has moved manufactures and everything now is over sized compared to last year.
Customer service is appalling. I sent some stuff back as its oversized and refund wont processed properly and I had to chase and chase.
The company never apologised and said on several occasions that I would have to chase the bank. They simply could not be bothered. Romy was the person or a pseudonym they also do not have a telephone number, they simply hide behind a screen

The products are great first up. Great quality and an ethical and great vibe to the brand. However customer service also been excellent following an order mix up resulting from a surprise gifted couple of pairs. They helped to sort the confusion and exchange where needed. All very seamless with great customer comms.

I’ve never experienced such good customer service in my life! Romy from their customer service team was super helpful and quick to respond and went above and beyond to sort my exchange out so that the new size arrived the next day! Also the trousers are such good quality - I love them!!

Amazing shorts and even more amazing customer service! Purchased one pair then quickly ordered more! Wash well look great ! I made a mistake ordering the wrong size on one pair - very quick to reply and sorted out the same day. Great to receive such good customer service!

I purchased a pair of linen trousers but they were slightly too big for me. It was very easy to return and order a new smaller size. The comms were also very prompt & informative.

I purchased a pair of Tom's Trunks at Cowes Week a a couple of years ago where they had a stall. They were lovely material and so I decided to try them again and recently purchased another pair of trousers. Unfortunately the sizing isn't great for women. The last pair I purchased was good and they weren't too long but my second pair are way too long and too large. I purchased a size slightly larger as the other pair were a little tight but there was no rhyme or reason why they are so much larger. It's possibly because they are unisex which really isn't the greatest idea . I have mentioned this to the company as the material is lovely to wear but they need to reconsider their sizing for us ladies!

Amazing customer service. There was a slight issue with a returns item and within 10 minutes it was completely sorted. Couldn’t recommend enough.
