I do just want to say I think that the brands customer service and marketing is amazing. I also love the designs and own a lot of minka dink clothes. However, I feel like the USP was the quality of the clothes and how durable they are and timeless. I feel like over the last few drops the quality has gotten worse but the price has increased. I was really excited for the party collection to find out the top was £85 for polyester and polyamide. I hope in the future minka dink revert back to their high quality materials as I would love to continue supporting the brand.

Quick response to an error I made when ordering. Really helpful and really lovely staff. Love this company - it’s an independent brand that sources sustainable fabrics which doesn’t compromise on quality. I would recommend Minka Dink every time!

I absolutely love this small brand. I keep coming back and placing new orders because every time I am overjoyed with the timeless nature of the pieces, the amazing quality and beautiful designs. I love that the pieces are thoughtfully created and I can truly feel the difference in quality. Customer service is also superb and have helped me exchange items for the perfect fit.

Beautiful, unique style and very well-made clothing with great attention to the details! I bought the poppy top and a long maxi dress. Both absolutely stunning. Love the brand, fortunate to have discovered it accidentally. Customer service is quick and fantastic. I also love that it is a small, independent brand.

I had a request with my order (changing the size of an item before being shipped) and customer service responded PROMPT and were very helpful in sorting this out for me as I was very worried about it. But they assured me it wasn’t an issue and replied the day after. Thank you!

Customer service: I had to exchange something for a different size however Royal Mail lost the parcel. Minka Dink were very helpful and as soon as I sent over the receipt (proof of return) they sent me the correct size and item immediately and dealt with Royal Mail themselves.

I ordered a size M in a dress and debated whether to size up. I missed the return time but they still let me exchange it. I told them I wanted it for a holiday and they kindly posted the new size before receiving the old size. Excellent customer service. The dresses are great quality and material. My only comment is that they could be slightly longer.

Very stylish and good quality clothes. Customer service has been very helpful on the rare occasion we have had an issue and this was rectified promptly. My daughter loves the brand and the ethics of the company and has a growing collection of Minka Dink blouses and jumpers, which she really loves.
