My Tomofree Scooter (K7PRO) has given me freedom I thought I´d lost forever! It´s fast and zippy enough to climb hills, but slow enough to amble along next to a companion. The compact size means that I can get around in the narrowest of aisles, and the ride is very comfortable. (Think the best bike seat you´ve ever used!) The off-road tires make it a mobility device for indoors or out, and handle all kinds of surfaces with no difficulty. 5 Stars for sure!

My wife and I both bought Tomofree T1 bikes and absolutely love them. I have family about 30 minutes away and it is so convenient to be able to fold the bikes up and take them with us to ride with us. The bikes fit in the back seat of my Toyota Camry. The Tomofree team and company are wonderful with how helpful they are with customer service and product support. There have been two minor issues that needed to be fixed and the company was quick to identify the problem and also quick to send out the nmreplacemrnt part to solve the issue. I am very pleased at the quality of the product, the price point of the bike, and the helpfulness of the company and staff.

I chose Tomofree's Z1 model for a number of reasons. I vacation in a camper van but wanted a bike. Space is precious in my case and the Z1 folded up nicely and was at a weight I could get in and out of the van. It has great shocks, great motor, WAY better battery, etc. I also didn't want to spend thousands of dollars on a bike I was only going to use on vacation. Amazon had this model on sale and I grabbed it.

Alas, the one that arrived was defective and couldn't be ridden.

I expected (being an inexpensive bike) that I would go through the usual phone tag run around with the company (Press 1 to be ignored silently. Press 2 to be ignored while listening to bad music. Press 3 to just have us hang up on you). I expected a fight to get this corrected.

That was NOT what I found. I reported the defect and these folks where ON IT. They immediately had several solutions and helped me try those. Again, alas, those proved fruitless, but the folks at Tomofree were with me every step.

After helping me through the obvious fixes and finding those didn't work, I was immediately shipped a new bike. Mind you, I hadn't returned the old bike yet. They just trusted me and did the right thing on their end.

Anyway, in the end, I have a great bike that will give me years of vacationing. I also received some generous 'extras' from Tomofree to compensation my trouble and time. In terms of the original bike, "Stuff" happens. Sometimes a bad item goes out to a customer. No company is immune from that. What counts is what they do about it afterward.

This worked out really well for me. I got the bike I wanted. My second choice for a bike was more expensive and had a worse motor and battery, so this was a great value!

Update. I finally got hold of a reasonable person with the company. It restored my belief in a good honest company. Seems they had people quit with whom I was dealing with at the time. Totally understandable. They sent me a new bike that is working perfectly. My grandson is having the time of his life before all this cold weather hits the south!....I ordered a T1 electric bike for my grandson for Christmas. When I recieved the bike the throttle was broken. I contacted the company and sent pictures at their request. They sent me a link to PURCHASE the broken part. Because Christmas was getting closer I did order it and the bike won't work. I've contacted them once again and they are asking for more pictures. Don't get one of these bikes.

Bikes like a year old and already has been through three speed controls and a motor order the fourth speed control on November 3rd now it's Christmas Eve still don't have it

I got the Z1 e-bike recently and it has been amazing. The cost and reliability was just unbelievable. I recently got in a crash and I told costumer support about it and they found the perfect solution and they were even concerned about my welfare. Overall great bike and costumer service, I would recommend to everyone!

This is a great product! I can't go anywhere without someone asking me where did you get that K7 tricycle? They chase me down for the information! In fact I have two! My 93 yr. Old neighbor has one as well it is a durable product & easy to obtain...I had to call them to ask a question and these folks were very customer service oriented & knowledgeable about they're products...I never write reviews but for this I thought it deserved a write up,a bargain for the price! Keep up the good work Tomofree! Deeply appreciate it

I have purchased the Tomofree T1 and I am amazed, I am very impressed with how much the bike performs overall. Quality, Speed, features.. it carries all the features you need. Went up a mountain trail with not a single issue. On top of that, the customer service is excellent, message them about a part replacement, the responded the same day, and within 24 hrs, parts are already along the way, this is by far the best customer service I have ever had in any business.. ☆☆☆☆☆

I recently got one as a birthday gift and I have to say this is so far the best shock absorption I got from not only e-bikes, but bikes overall. The road nowadays in NYC is crazy, bumps and holes everywhere. My Tomofree bike handled it well. I would leave one star unfilled since I believe there could be an improvement of the ergonomics of the seat cushion. The current design doesn't work well when paddling.

This is my first ebike. I had an issue at first with one of the connections (under the rear seat) causing a controller error code which ended up being a connector becoming loose either during assembly or transportation. Easy fix just make sure to check all the connections are secure and electric tape easily fixed that for me. The range is as advertised I got 30 miles on a full charge using both pedal assist and throttle only. It did take some time getting used to it as it's quite torquey. The pedal assist even on the lowest setting is quite fast 18-20mph. (I'm 190 lbs) There is no in-between speed with pedal assist it's either full send or nothing. So throttle is the only way to control going at slower consistent speed. On mode 2 bike goes 25mph and mode 3 I got up to 30mph. The bike definitely has plenty of power to conquer steep hills. The turn signals are a nice feature and the brake light turns on when brakes are applied which is a great feature. The alarm system works great too. I'm very happy with my purchase and I'm impressed with my first ebike.
