This company is terrible

This company is terrible. Do not waste your money. They send faulty inner tubes and do not replace them. They are hard to get into contact with and do not respond. Get another

This is truly a dirtbike with pedals

This is truly a dirtbike with pedals! It far exceeded my expectations, the speed and velocity of this bike are very impressive. It has quad piston hydraulic brakes and 19 inch motorcycle dirt bike tires for the price, it's unbeatable.!

As a Nachbike R3 owner

As a Nachbike R3 owner, I’ve had to make a couple modifications to the product, to keep it safe and usable.
The latest is adding two strips of firm foam inside the frameto keep the bike’s lithium battery mount from flexing/ wiggling, side to side while using the bike on trails or uneven pavement.
Their customer service continues to be a letdown..
I’ve described this and other issues to them in the past and received no response.

Product support is not good.

Generally I think my R3 is a good bike.
It does not reach 50 mph. but that’s OK with me. The Nachbike product support is the problem however. I’ve reached out a few times and was disappointed every time…
Sad. I’ve given up.

i love the bike

i love the bike. it has been over 1 year. it is ready to work and no need any mantaince.. I contacted their customer service, they are responsive and helpful. I love you guys. You are nice persons. Thanks Nachbike.

Broken Bike after 5 hours of riding

Broken Bike after 5 hours of riding. No support from Nachbike, just a bunch of emails telling me to ship the bike back, even though we purchased the extended warranty for over $200. I was quoted $250 shipping to return the bike from DHL. We live in a rural area, so shipping options are limited. Nachbkid has not addressed my requet for refund. Essentially they put the entire responsibility on me to fix and or return the broken bike.

I am the respresentative from brand. After I talked with the Amazon Reseller, they said that they have reached out to you when you posted the review of bent back wheel and haven't got any response. We provide service of FedEX pick up return with pre-paid shipping lable. The reseller told me that they would like to give you the shipping label but the problem is that you do not have the orignial packaging box. So right now we need to figure out a way to get you a packaging box that is not over the size of FedEX limit.

We are immediately escalating your case to our customer care and our brand team is here to help you. Your trust means everything to us, and we’re committed to making this right—not just procedurally, but in a way that restores your confidence in Nachbike.

Nachbike Broken after 5 hours of gravel riding - Ebike

This bike came packaged properly, out of the box was seemingly fine. After about 5 hours of riding, the back wheel become so wobbly that we can no longer ride the bike, it's totally unsafe. We purchased the extended warranty, but Nachbike is giving us the runaround and so far has done nothing to help us.

We have instructional videos on our YouTube channel showing how to convert the bike into a road-legal version and how to unlock/de-restrict it for higher speeds. The speed is for real and some professtional reviewer has tested the speed by their own cellphone GPS on that.

Got my R3 finallyyyy!!! This bike look soooo sick！ design is just 🔥 getting mad compliments from ppl on the street lol

Brakez work super good, and the shockz are smooth even on bumpy roads
And yo… it actually hits 50mph!! 😱 I thot it’d go like low 40s max but it’s waaay faster than I expected!!

When I first got it, the kickstand was broken but I hit up customer service right away and they replied super quick! Got a new one delivered in like 3 dayz!! Nachbike support is 💯💯

Totally lovin this ride 🙌

I recently purchased the bike for my son, and he absolutely loves it! The quality of the bike is fantastic—sturdy, well-designed, and perfect for his adventures. The battery life is impressive, lasting longer than his previous bikes, which is a huge plus for extended playtime.

Had a tiny hiccup at first, but Nachbike’s customer service? Unreal. Fixed the issue super quick, no hassle, no fuss. Total relief.

My kid loves it, bike works like a dream, and the support? Top-notch. If you’re thinking of getting one—DO IT. Worth every penny. 💯
