When I decided to buy through tomofree it was prob the best choice I made. I'm gonna make it short and not bore you with the full story but basically my breaks on my tomofree L7 went out I contacted tomofree explaing my situation"Luna" contacted me back a couple days later telling me that they are sending me brand new calipers hoses and cables without any cost. Only if there were more people in this world like tomofree services and personnel . Proud customer Adam Lacey

L7 dual motor scooter is awesome.
Design is great, looks good, bigger than expected.
Big muscles scooter and fast acceleration.
There was a broken part via shipping. I contacted LUNA and they worked with me on that very well until I received the new part.
Work perfectly well!!

In November 2025 I purchased the tomofree XT 200
I'm very pleased with the bike but in June I had a battery issue after some testing and contacting customer support Daisy was very helpful in solving my problem and acquiring me a new battery thank you to tomofree

I was speaking to Luna from customer support. Very kinda and very descriptive about everything. I had an issue with my back tire. And within a day I got a response from Luna and new tire was send amazing customer support. The best I have ever seen honestly

The m3pro is hands down the best performance ever e dirt bike in class. It is less expensive then the Talon 767 and the Bibuff gt600 and has the same if not better components. It was the first of its kind the Talon and Bibuff in my opinion are replicas of the genuine article. It has so much torque that in 3rd gear you'll do a wheelie if it's not held down off the line. These other bikes with claims of 200+ nm are highly inflated and cannot compare to the m3pro especially at a lower price point ! 5 🌟 all the way !!!

I purchased the T1 Pro 16" on 7/30 through Amazon and it was delivered on 8/2. I found that it has the best value for the specs such as range, battery and tires. Received quickly. I loved that it came almost fully assembled. We only had to assemble the handlebar stem, seat, and pedals. I did ensure that all screws were tight since they may loosen during shipping. I haven't taken the bike out for a ride yet, but overall the product received is exactly what I was expecting. I also had a couple of questions for the Tomofree support team, so I sent them a message. Barbara from the support team has been very helpful and extremely fast in responding to my questions. I can't wait to get out and explore with the T1 Pro. I would recommend to anyone looking to test out the ebike experience, as this is a best value I found for the money. I will update my review once I get out to ride it.

I accidentally ordered the wrong product. After emailing support, Luna was able to quickly assist me and get things straightened out.

I did receive my item damaged due to shipping but I reached out to customer service and explained what happened and they responded quickly no hassle and was able to provide me with a return label and a refund. Luna with Customer service is top notch!

I purchase a controller for my Tomofree T1 and needed to get the wiring diagram. Luna responded very quickly with a complete diagram of every connection, making it very clear how to proceed. Tomofree customer service has been very helpful with choosing the correct controller as well.

Barbara has been great with communication. She has helped solved a some issues we were having with our e-bike. The customer service is excellent. Thanks again Barbara!

Customer service makes all the difference!

My son picked out a P1Pro from Amazon after his older ebike from another brand died. His biggest draws to it were the 20mph speeds, the "back seat" and the digital display and key fob. On day 2 my son noticed something was off with the speed. It seemed to be limited at 15mph when he reached over 20 the day before. He remembered the moment it had happened, he had the brake held when he turned it on. Hes 12, so he couldn't solve the issue alone. We researched online and couldn't find a solution. So we contacted after sales support. Owen was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient, determined and confident we would get it figured out. Finally after a few emails back and forth and trying a few sequences of things, we got it!!! My son inadvertently had turned on a speed limiter. We learned how to disable it and he is now back to cruising the neighborhood in style. Great value of a bike with even more valuable support after the sale!

Rachael from Tomofree was very helpful in resolving my battery issue. I was impressed with the quick response and honestly surprised that they provided such a high level of service on a $300 bike. Also the bike itself is pretty nice for what it is- I'm very happy with the product and after-sales support.

I bought an off-road trike from Tommyfree a couple years ago and it's still running great. My dog chewed the front fender to shreds. I looked everywhere for a replacement with no luck. (Mind you i love this bike)I was directed to the Tommyfree accessory site, although they didn't offer a replacement on the site, their customer service agent "LUNA" sprung into action sending me an invoice and picture of exactly what I needed. I continue to be really impressed with the level of follow-up customer service I've had! I had two very minor issues that I needed help with, and in both cases the responsiveness has been quick and with knowledgeable people with a very constructive solution. Most recently, I had a little bit of fade on my rear brake, and Barbara was able to help me diagnose the problem remotely. Check the technical standards to make sure she had a good solution, and ultimately help me find a replacement part. Barbara was great! He was efficient and quickly diagnosed the problem and the solution, and arranged for a replacement to be sent to me quickly. I really appreciate the great service! Thank you

so I've had so much help from there support team they have sent me a new throttle and have been helping me with my brake levers even after my bike is over 1 month old

Love love love the Tomofree T1 Pro Foldable Ebike what a great bike to get around, I couldn't complain at all .. and there customer service is amazing. I had a few things happen like a flat tire and what not within the first two months. Rachel who helped me made sure I got a new inner tube and tire and brake pads at no cost. Rachel has been a reliable source for my to contact in regards to anything dealing with the ebike. She is wonderful and greatly appreciated.
