Très belle découverte de TohaaDesign, des abattants wc originaux, de qualité créé avec des décorateurs, à des prix accessibles.
J’ai eu un petit souci avec les charnières de mon abattant et leur SAV a été vraiment exceptionnel ,facilement joignable par téléphone ou par mail,très à l’écoute d’une grande gentillesse et surtout avec une vraie solution apportée au client.
Un grand Merci pour votre sérieux et votre professionnalisme.
Je recommande TohaaDesign à 100% et je recommanderai chez vous avec plaisir.

The installation was very tricky with limited written instructions. The accompanying video scan had no audio. When we had an issue, of course, you are unable to speak with anyone. Just have to try and explain through email. Therefore email response was not that helpful and referenced pieces that were not part of received pieces. Took my husband and I several hours to install, and had to figure out the issues on our own due to inadequate instructions and ability to contact and speak with anyone. I'm giving 3 stars because the toilet seat is lovely to look. The customer interaction and poor installation instruction or lack thereof does not match the high price point.

Love my unique toilet seats! I have two and they are very unique and I can guarantee no one else one around me!

They were very good and quick at communicating. I love this toilet seat and I get so many compliments it's like going back to the 70's!

It is just absolutely beautiful even my little nephews that are 8 10 just love it very well built thank you so much

The can is kinda cheap feeling. I was hoping it was a bit larger.
The quality just isn’t there.
You people really need to work on that.i also bought a toilet seat & the laminate is peeling off. This is definitely not what i expected from a LaCroix design. Again, you can do better & from what I understand l, the peeling issue isn’t just me.

It’s a nice design, the plastic hinge covers are a bit cheap and the clear goat is not scratch resistant. Otherwise comfortable and definitely a space enhancement!

It doesn't fit! I got the elongated version, and it's still a solid 1-2 inches short. For being 3x the price of a regular toilet seat, there needs to be more size options.

As advertised and cool in place

took a while to ship but omg their pieces are amazing. the seat especially is so well built and so easy to put togeather. after if anchors it locks with magnets so the seat can be removed without tools to clean. such gorgeous art to otherwise mundane items like a toilet seat , toilet brush, a trash can and a soap dispenser.

The product is wonderful absolutely gorgeous unfortunately it’s the coolest thing in my bathroom now and I need to get some stuff to help decorate the rest of it to live up to my toilet seat delivery was great showed up when it was supposed to

The toilet seat slides all over the place. Everything else is great. But when you attach the toilet seat to the toilet bowl, it comes loose every time you sit on it. Slides all over. I'd like to know if there's extra fascinating hardware that I could purchase

Best toilet seats on the market! They are not only the most beautiful, they are very well made. All the toilet seats in my house are TohaaDesign.

Immediately responsive to a defective toilet seat and sent a replacement quickly. Thank you for standing by your product. This is the third toilet seat we have purchased and the first two have held up for several years - such great quality and vibrant color.

Didn’t receive order

I love the art, order was filled pretty fast,nice solid seat also, I'm waiting for the toilet brush to come back in stock, so I can order it next! Really makes my personal space exciting and classy, Thanks guys Awesome!

J'ai reçu mon produit en mauvais état : j'ai écris au SAV il y a une semaine, sans réponse. J'ai tenté de téléphoné à 6 reprises sur les horaires indiquées : injoignable malgré un message laissé.
On paye 80€ une cuvette de toilette donc elle doit être impeccable. Le SAV est inexistant, je vais donc rester avec un produit défectueux. A FUIR : manque de sérieux

MAJ: suite à mon avis négatif, le SAV s’est trouvé étonnement très réactif et de nouveau disponible. J’ai fini par avoir un retour avec un nouveau produit, mais il est malheureux d’en venir à cette situation pour faire bouger le SAV.
