I had 2, this is my 3rd. I love the look and feel. So cool.

One complaint, 2 have round PEGs one has square PEGs. Can I purchase an additional set of round hardware for the 1 seat?? Please 🙏. Then they would all be interchangeable!! I could rotate them regularly.

The color, style and first are awesome. I love the vibrant color and my bathroom is complete. Great product

Die Lieferung dauerte eine Weile, Kundenservice hat am nächsten Tag geantwortet. Die Kaufdaten-Seite ist etwas unübersichtlich für Käufer, aber letztendlich war alles ok!

Wir geben volle Punktzahl, weil wir uns bei unsereren Reklamationen nie verlassen vorkamen. Leider wurde die künstlerische Gestaltung, die wir sehr begrüßen, nicht mit der notwendigen Qualität der Mechanik ergänzt. Die Absenkautomatik mit dieser letzten Ersatzlieferung funktioniert so, wie wir es auch bei anderen WC-Sitzen gewohnt sind, ausgezeichnet.

Wir waren im Oktober vergangenen Jahres in Paris, konnten aber einen Besuch bei Ihnen nicht organisieren.

Tohaa Design hat wunderschöne Badaccessoires, mit Designs, von den verschiedensten Künstlern kreiert!
insbesondere die WC-Sitze sind eine Augenweide und es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei!
Und wenn es mal ein Problem gibt und man ein Ersatzteil braucht, ist der Kundenservice einfach Spitze!
Sehr zuvorkommend und kulant!!!

Love the artwork and the print quality. The Production were shipped and cleared without any big problems. The information and Customer support service was very good all along. Now I look forward to go on the toliet.. 🤓👍

Abattant WC instable dès l’installation : les fixations se desserrent à l’usage, produit inutilisable.
Plusieurs essais réalisés en suivant les instructions + remplacement des charnières envoyé par le SAV, sans amélioration.
Service client qui fait traîner (demande de vidéo répétée) sans proposer de solution concrète.
Très déçue, je ne recommande pas.

Le produit est certes superbe, j'en ai acheté deux. Cependant, les fixations (joints et système de serrage) ont commencé à se détériorer assez rapidement et au bout de trois ans, l'une des lunettes n'est plus du tout attachée. De surcroît, la décoration en placage a commencé à se décoller au bout de deux ans.

une étoile obligatoire autrement je ne peux écrire d'avis site a fuir aucun respect pour le client j'ai attendu 2mois pour avoir ma commande ( charnières de fixation ) on m'a baladé pour ne pas me rembourser. J'ai écrit un courrier recommandé avec AR aucune réponse. Une honte!

The customer service was absolutely amazing. I ordered the wrong toilet seat. They shipped me what I needed in a timely fashion all their products are quality. I will be a forever customer.

Not good. This company is in France and returns are terrible and they will not help with shipping. Businesses out of the US should clearly mark that on their site.

At no point during the purchase process was there a clear, user-friendly option to distinguish between round and elongated toilet seats (you have to search and find it) - which is a fundamental product variation. That is not a minor detail; it is a basic requirement for ordering correctly. The lack of this option on your website creates unnecessary confusion and leads directly to situations like this.

Shifting responsibility to the customer while ignoring a clear gap in your purchasing experience is not acceptable. This is not simply a “customer mistake”—it is a failure in product listing and UX design. Additionally, expecting a customer to pay $28 in return shipping due to that oversight—while offering no meaningful resolution—is poor customer service. A company that values its customers would take accountability and work toward a fair solution, rather than defaulting to policy. A fair resolution would be for you to pay the shipping and senile the correct seat.

Your response reinforces the concerns raised in my original review. I strongly encourage you to revisit both your website functionality and your customer support approach, as this experience does not reflect well on your brand.

Each time I tried to put the toilet seat on it’s not fitting the toilet I tried line it up I even watch how it’s installed on tube and still I haven’t been able to install this toilet bowl seat I do not know what I’m doing wrong

We love the toilet seats! Now we have two. Everything was easy. Ordering was effortless. Shipping was fast.

I'm in Dublin, Ireland and I work in advertising so I have a bit of an eye for design. When you think about a boring toilet seat and bathroom fittings, why not go for something unusual and unique? Create a bit of personality.

So I searched online and Tohaadesign know how to do that. Excellent products, excellent design and on top of that, superb customer service. Why would you go anywhere else? When these are the best in the space. No doubts and so I bought.

Received my new Tohaadesign, great packaging and item was in perfect condition. The design looks good online but it looks so much better in person! Very happy with the quality and artwork.
