Oak staircases
It's the 2nd time that we've ordered new staircases from TK Stairs and I've got to say it's a great place to order staircases.
Huge thanks to Tristan on the design team.
The quality of the staircase is top notch and super fast delivery.
This is my goto company from now on for all my future projects that we need new stairs.

Great Service
I bought some stairs parts and wasn't sure what I wanted. I contacted the customer service and they gave me great advice. I ordered too much to be sure. I was assured that whatever I had over, all I had to do was send it back and they would give me a refund. I did just that, the refund was promptly acknowledged and sorted. Thanks TK for such a painless transaction. I would deffo use again!

Generally happy about the planning
Generally happy about the planning. design changes etc. My Carpenter thought nosing and handrail kits should have been included as we supplied pictures of the opening to tkstairs.
Delivery was fine and straight forward. Quality of the oak is good there's some annoying joints on the handrails but will hopefully blend it once oiled. Went with tk stairs as recommended by another tradesman.

Great Response.
Bought a number of items for redesigning of my landing handrail. The items came very quickly and were extremely well packed. No real chance of any damage in transit. When i made a mistake, i needed to order 1 extra item, again it came before expected and was extremely well protected in the packaging.

The TKstairs website designer is easy to use and allowed me to try different stair case configurations.
Ordering was very easy and the team kept me updated via email on where in the process my order was. Closer to the dispatch date the team phoned to confirm the delivery date was convenient.
Delivered wrapped in plastic for protection and all present and correct.
Joinery skills are required to mate into the existing floor and cut the newel post. Assembly of treads and risers may be required depending on the stair case ordered. Mine was a winder type so needed the winder area assembling.
The stair case fits well and is solid.
A very well made, quality item and an overall excellent service from TKstairs.

One of the items arrived damaged
One of the items arrived damaged, not necessarily by TKstairs. As my goods were handled by other companies as well. Spoke to TKstairs and I had a replacement part within 24hrs.

TK stairs as a whole are perfect
Delivery man Paul contacted me the day before delivery and on the day to keep me updated which I thought was superb, not very often delivery people do that, so very excellent thankyou Paul, the stairs were very easy to put together and are a very tight fit which is exactly how I wanted them, most companies knocked my measurements back but TK stairs were able to make them for me so thank you, I will highly recommend to anyone wanting stairs in the future

Ringmer. 2 staircases. I have a number of stairs from TK…
I have a number of stairs from TK Stairs all of which were good. The issue I have with the stairs this time is the timber used was not the best quality.. there are areas of grey staining And unsightly knots. I would need some assurance before I used them again
