Good quality material, very well made. Only balustrade distances between spindles should be cutted to the size. But I'm very happy customer 😁 I'll order it again and will recommend it for my future customers.

Poor Advice and Communication when Ordering
I’m not a builder, or a joiner so I made sure to call and double check everything including measurements and tolerances before ordering. Relying on TK being the experts and able to guide me to ensure I order the correct set of stairs for my property. Still got it wrong. Stairs fit fine but they are not to regulation. Must have rang and had the order checked at least 3 times and explained everything.

We disagree with this. We've listened to all the phone calls and even sent you the recording where we clearly state that if you use this design, you'd only have 1700mm headroom, and you chose to proceed regardless.
We believe we acted professionally and gave you the correct advice.
We also clearly state in the document we sent out for review that if you're unsure about headroom, contact us.
However, we'd already told you there wasn't enough headroom.
We're not sure what else we could have done.
Serious Concerns Regarding Delivery Conduct and Product Quality
The design and ordering stage of the process was straightforward and efficient. When I requested an additional feature that the online system would not allow, I emailed my requirements and received an updated design and quotation the following day, ready to proceed with the purchase.
However, the overall experience was significantly undermined by both the delivery process and the quality of the product. The delivery manager was unhelpful and standoffish when I needed to change the delivery date. In addition, when I asked for an estimated weight so I could arrange appropriate assistance to move the staircase into the property, I was told this information was not available as it had not yet been built.
More concerning was the standard of workmanship. The stringer was not cut to the correct depth for the tread to fit properly, one of the joints between the stringer and the newel post was broken, and the area for the bottom step had not been routed at all. These are fundamental construction issues that should have been identified and addressed prior to delivery.
Due to these problems, the product did not meet a reasonable standard of quality, and the overall experience was disappointing.

Sorry to hear you're not happy. We were not aware that you were unhappy with the service received. If you had made us aware, we could have rectified any issues with the staircase.
We've reviewed all the phone calls and don't believe anyone was difficult about the delivery.
We don't normally have any issues with machining. We check every staircase before dispatch, and it should have been dry-fitted.
If you send us photos of any issues, we're happy to look into them and resolve them. Since you haven't made us aware of any, we haven't had a chance to address them.
