I absolutely loved the two pairs of titanium earrings I brought. Unfortunately the clasp of one of the pairs was broken, but Tish Lyon got back to me straight away and replaced it with a pair that arrived in perfect condition today. Thank you for your efficient customer support.

Bought two pairs of studs for my nieces, but discovered the backings are 'screw in' and you have to put them in from the BACK!! Who has ever put earrings in backwards, not to mention you have to have baby fingers in order to hold the stud, put it backwards in the stud with a post that is sooo tiny, you need a microscope to see it and then you have to screw it in. I had to write in their Christmas cards that I apologise for the absolutely impossible way to put these in. Better leave them in if you ever get it right the first place. AND, be sure to stand over a white sheet as you'll drop them 40 times before you 'may' be able to complete the task.

Beautiful but how do you put them on?
I saw these earrings in John Lewis and found them on this site £10 cheaper. I ordered them and they arrived very promptly. They are beautiful. However... you have to push the bar in from the back of the ear and locate a tiny tiny screw on the main part to go into the bar and tighten. I managed to get one side on after many attempts but not the other side. My husband is going to assist later.

Poor quality, bad design
EDIT: The Customer Services reached out to me following my original review, offering to investigate, and going above and beyond to resolve my issue. I am happy to change my rating following the actions of the customer service team. Happy with the resolution, and my experience dealing with them has been great.

I bought 4 Tish Lyon gold earrings on 05/08/23, for £650. One broke almost immediately, I returned and had to wait 5 months for the replacement, now two more have broken in the same way. A complete and utter waste of money.
