Excellent customer service, super fast delivery and beautiful earrings however the posts on the earrings are incredibly long and the screw mechanism very difficult to close meaning that the earrings move about / catch on hair and clothing.

Such a quick and comfortable experience
I was invited to the BlueWater Tish Lyon store and I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough! Mia was so lovely, she made me feel so comfortable and was always making sure I was ok! She helped me style old piercings, recommended me new piercings and was great with the permanent bracelets too! The whole thing was nice and smooth and I had the best experience. The aftercare product is great and the fact you’re able to go back after the swelling or message them for advice is so reassuring!! I will definitely be going back!

I bought an earring from John Lewis for…
I bought an earring from John Lewis for the top of my ear - which I have had pierced for 40 years and always wear an earring in. I replaced it with one of the cheaper Tish Lyon flat backed ones. It was tricky for the guy in JL to get the earring in for me -so I asked for it to be left in, as thought I might struggle with it having to be put in from the back - but it hurt at night so I took it out, then couldn’t get near to getting it back in - absolutely impossible- John Lewis was disappointingly, totally unhelpful - at least it was a waste of £30 not £300 👎

My first cartilage piercing- amazing experience!!
Couldn’t have been a better experience! This Tuesday I got my flat pierced (my first cartilage piercing) at Tish Lyon on Oxford street, and wow , I have only good things to say. Firstly, the selection of earrings are just amazing, so many options in price, and style but all of their jewellery is classy and beautiful. The piercing experience couldn’t have gone better, the ladies working gave me and my friend time to choose our jewellery, and once I went to get my flat pierced Lauren was incredibly friendly and helpful. She answered all of my questions with detail , and made sure I was happy with the placement of my piercing beforehand. She also explained aftercare instructions perfectly. She was incredibly professional, patient with my questions, and I had 0 doubts or worry’s during my appointment with her. It felt like a breeze getting my piercing. 11/10 experience, I would highly recommend coming here if you’re thinking of getting piercings , I wish I had gotten my seconds done here! A big thank you again to Lauren, for making the experience so great, i literally couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Wrong item sent, had to pay return myself
Sent out complete wrong item, then because I don't have a printer I had to pay for the return myself. I ordered 2 earrings and only got 1 box and 1 bag and one set of incorrect earrings. So missed being able to give them as a gift. Pretty poor tbh

Nowhere better for quality piercing Jewellery
Nowhere better for quality piercing jewellery at an extremely respectable price.
I've got a lot of piercings in my ears, and thus find it hard to find new and unique pieces time and time again, since finding Tish Lyon, this hasn't been an issue.
I've been an online customer for a while, but since visiting in store have been completely blown away! The service and dedication to care was amazing and now, I won't be going anywhere else.
