I ordered him shoes and was excited to get a free pair but when I hit order you refreshed everything, not only are you sending me the wrong color of shoes but you refreshed it to the smallest size and they wont git my baby. Im not pleased with my experience. Im going to have to send them back and wait another month to get the right size. I might as well get a refund at this point and just send the product back when I get it.

Fantastic and comfy
These shoes are the absolute best! My baby boy loves them, and I know this because he brings them over to me to put on him. Customer service is great, very personal, you don’t feel like just another customer. The only area of improvement I see would be with shipping times, they took a bit longer than I expected. Nonetheless, we got them and love them!

Scam fraud site. BEWARE.
I want to give 0 stars. 1. There is no phone number for customer service. The only way to contact them is by email. This should have been the first red flag. 2. This is shipped for over seas so the 3-5 business day shipping is a joke. 3. My computer won’t even allow me to open the tracking website they provide via email after I had to requested one due to fraudulent activity and fake shopping site. When I used my cell phone the tracking number doesn’t even exist. When I reached out again for a tracking number they just keep sending me the same email with the same number THAT DOESNT WORK. I would not recommend this site since I still have not received a working tracking number and the company can’t even provide an estimated delivery date. All the emails seem auto generated and can tell there is no human person responding to emails. I’m giving them another week (3weeks) before taking the next steps. DO NOT BUY, DO NOT BUY.

We don't have a phone line because we're based in Denmark, and the time difference makes phone support impractical, so we handle everything by email instead. That's not a red flag, it's simply how we're set up, and our team is real and reachable.
I'd also like to clear one thing up: we have never stated 3-5 business day shipping anywhere. That isn't a delivery time we've advertised or promised, so it may be a misunderstanding. Our actual delivery information is set out clearly in our policies and FAQ.
Our tracking is provided through some of the largest and most established international shipping companies, so if the tracking page wouldn't open for you, it's likely something on the device or connection rather than the link itself, and we're very happy to help you access it.
I'd also like to reassure you that none of our replies are automated. Every email you receive is written personally by a member of our team. If your tracking still isn't updating, please reach out to us again directly and we will personally look into your order and get you a clear answer.

Bank was successful in their chargeback. I attempted to resolve this after many emails and you stopped responding and were not at all helpful. It was NOT delivered back in April like you claim. I was following the tracking and it originated in China after a lengthy wait. Stop trying to fool people into buying crap claiming you are local (you said you had been to my town as well as another reviewers on opposite sides of the globe) or even in the same country.

I'd like to address this clearly, because the description here isn't accurate. Our shoes are our own custom product and we hold our own inventory, so nothing is dropshipped.
Our tracking works through our partnerships with the largest postal networks globally, and our customer service is available 24/7, where we aim to reply within three hours at most.
We're also not able to charge more than what's shown, as the full price including shipping is displayed at checkout before any payment is taken. That simply isn't something that can happen.
I can also see on our end that your order was marked as delivered back in April. We'd genuinely like to help resolve this for you, so please reach out to us directly and we'll look into your specific order together.

In your case, the mystery box item was a digital product, delivered to a Google Drive account with printable activities for your little one to draw on. When you let us know it didn't live up to what you expected, we refunded you for it straight away, which we were very happy to do.

These are absolutely adorable
These are absolutely adorable. I got a free pair from a store in town just to try and my toddler loved them so I had to get more! I grew up in the islands so I was determined to have my son barefoot for as long as possible…at school he needs shoes though. He would take off every shoe I put on him until I got the tiny Explorings shoes. We got them on the holiday deal they ran and I just bought a couple more because my son won’t wear anything else. Nothing there is the same.
It's also worth mentioning that dropshipping from Temu isn't actually something that's possible, so the claim doesn't hold either way.

Super disappointed!! I purchased these little shoes being lead to believe that I was supporting a small business for a mom in Denmark and turns out the shoes are shipping from CHINA!!! I ordered them on April 29th and they still haven’t even left China yet, according to the tracking, and I am writing this on May 16th. The “owner“ Laura even email me and said that she had recently visited someone in my hometown. Now I’m not sure if it was a strategic marketing ploy, if she actually lives in America, if she lives in Denmark, or if she is in China.

Great quality product
Great quality product! I ordered the socks and shoes which were a hit for my 9 month old grandson who has very chubby legs. My daughter had trouble finding good quality socks that weren’t too tight for my grandsons legs and was thrilled with these socks which stay on but have a comfortable fit! I’ll definitely buy these shoes and socks as baby gifts for others as well. Cute designs and nice colours are a plus!
