Great product at a good price and my little one loves his shoes!

The shoes were awful and they would only allow a refund if I paid to ship the shoes to China (from the U.S.) even though their site clearly says they offer a "risk-free guarantee" on their shoes.

Absolutely love the sock shoes! Super easy to put on and my little one loves them more than her regular shoes and socks.

A few months ago, I ordered one pair of shoes when the company was running one of their promotional sales (the shoes were free and I only paid for shipping). The shoes took a couple of weeks to arrive, but they arrived in great condition and fit very well. They fit well and seem to be quite comfortable and easy to walk in for my little waddler. I recently ordered more as we are growing out of our first pair!

It’s really a great product. Yes sometimes shipping can take a minute but I appreciate that they reach out and let you know. Plus these shoes are worth the wait. My little girl is only 9 months and just beginning to walk with assistance. I always keep a pair of these in my bag to slip on when we need. She doesn’t mind them at all and they have amazing grip. I also appreciate that they don’t hinder the development of her feet. Oh and they are easily washable? Yes and yes! Try them

We absolutely love these shoes!! I am usually worried about the shoes I put on my son's little feet. I worry that they are too tight, heavy, bulky ect. With these shoes I find relief in knowing they are a perfect fit for his chubby feet and good for them too! Thank you so much for creating such an intentional product for our little ones that's not only focused on appearance as many brands of shoes are these days.

My daughter never kept on shoes for more than 0.5 seconds before tiny explorings. I can't believe it but she adores these shoes, she has a small toddler tantrum anytime that we take them off of her feet, and in the morning she grabs them herself and asks us to put them on for her (she is 14 months old). I love that you were thoughtful and designed these with a wide toe to keep her feet comfortable. The fox shoes are my favorite, they are the best colors and so cute on her, but I love every pair that we bought her honestly. They have also given her the confidence she needed to walk independently, she finally took 27 unassisted steps in a row a week ago and we are so happy. Thank you for putting a company like this out there.

They don’t even deserve one star. They are completely inflexible when it comes to canceling and returning orders.
Claimed they could not cancel an order that was requested to be canceled. Less than five minutes after it was placed.

I was looking at their website adding a few items to my cart to see which items I wanted to buy for my daughter. I accidentally checked out with a third party payment processor that I was already signed into. I emailed this company AS SOON as the order was placed to cancel. They told me I had to wait for my order to be delivered. (Now I’d have to pay to ship my order back to them). I reached out on May 21st when I received the order to continue with a return. It is June 25th and I never received an email from them to go forward with the return. I’d give 0 stars if I could. The customer service is horrible clearly. If a customer reaches out to you the same day to cancel an order, they should be able to just cancel it. Didn’t even open the package to see the items I received. Thanks for the help Caroline.

Ive seen these online for over a year and I knew I wanted them for my son. With out me even contacting their support team, they messaged me regarding if I received them. Within days, they were delivered and my son loves them. I got 4 pairs, one of which was their breathable summer shoes. 10/10 would recommend

Wonderful shoes! The only shoes my son will wear because they’re actually comfortable and they don’t compromise balance. He has been wearing them since he started walking and we just ordered our third size up.

Adorable infant shoes,easy to put on and take off. My 11month old walks great in them. GREAT price. Shipping had a glitch out of the company control, but the company was very responsive and followed up with me ensuring I received my order. They had a great deal to begin with, but after receiving the shoes and socks I ordered, I did not expect to be pleased as much as I was with the great quality of the product! The shoe/sock style is exactly what I was looking for! And most important my 1 year old loves these compared to regular style shoes.

The communication with this company is great! The shoes actually arrived before I expected them to, and so far we’re loving them!
