Really good company and great service

The buggy arrived clean and well packaged. The company communicated well. I lost my returns card, but they quickly helped me with instructions to return. The returns process was also very easy and straightforward. Good experience overall and would definitely rent a buggy from this company again!

Appalling Customer Service and Zero Accountability – Avoid!

I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of accountability and poor customer service from Tiny Explorers. I rented a double pushchair for a holiday, but due to multiple routing errors by their courier (Parcelforce), it never arrived in time for our departure. It was eventually dumped at my empty house five days later.What made the situation significantly worse was the staff’s complete unwillingness to help locate the missing pushchair.
Instead of managing their own supplier issue, they simply gave me Parcelforce's phone number and made me do all the legwork. I was left frantically chasing a courier hours before my holiday, ultimately forcing me to purchase a double pushchair out of pocket at the very last minute so my children had transport.Because I was forced to buy a pushchair out of necessity, I naturally no longer need my second upcoming rental with them.
Despite this situation being entirely caused by their delivery failure, they have refused to issue a full refund for the cancelled booking. They only offered a credit note after I indicated I would write a review—a credit note that is completely useless to me now that I own a pushchair.They expect me, the customer, to absorb the financial loss for their courier's mistake.
A reputable business takes responsibility for their logistics chain and protects their customers. Tiny Explorers does neither. I am deeply out of pocket due to their incompetence and rigid policies. Save yourself the stress and rent elsewhere

I appreciate your reply, your explanation contains several significant factual inaccuracies regarding the timeline and communication.
First, you claim that I requested a cancellation after the second item was prepared and dispatched. This is untrue. I sent my initial cancellation request on 2nd June—nearly two weeks before the hire start date of 15th June. I then sent a follow-up email on 9th June explicitly warning your team to stop shipment to save you delivery costs. It is entirely incorrect to state that I waited until after the item was prepared for dispatch to notify you.
Second, regarding the customer service on the first order, giving a customer a phone number to chase your own sub-contracted courier is not active support. When I explicitly asked your team to call the courier to find out where the pushchair was, your exact reply was:"Hello Danielle, It would be Parcelforce customer services. We can provide you with their contact number." As the paying customer, the contract of carriage is between Tiny Explorers and Parcelforce, not me. It should never have been my responsibility to do the legwork to locate your missing inventory hours before my flight.
Finally, I was forced into a position of buying a pushchair solely because your courier failed to deliver. Expecting me to accept a credit note—when you know I no longer require rental services because of that very failure—is not the mark of a business that "genuinely cares" about its customers. You have left a customer out of pocket for an issue that sits entirely within your own supply chain.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m genuinely sorry to hear how stressful this situation was for you—particularly at such a critical time just before your holiday. We understand how important it is to have reliable equipment when travelling with children, and I completely appreciate the frustration and inconvenience caused.

While we partner with trusted couriers such as Parcelforce, in this instance it’s clear that the delivery service fell significantly below the standard both you and we expect. You'll have seen from the tracking that the item was sent on a 24 hour service on Tuesday 12th May (your start date being 3 days later on 15th May), sadly Parcelforce "lost" the item hence it didn't arrive until 19/5. We advised we had chased Parcelforce who said they could not locate the item and we could only see the same tracking as you. We called them both the Thursday and Friday and were told the same thing, that the item was lost in the network. We immediately refund you. Whilst we accept the delivery failed due to circumstances beyond our control we do not believe our customer service was "appalling" the team replied instantly to all your messages.

Regarding the refund for a future hire, you reached out to us after your item had already been prepared and dispatched requesting a refund. If you had advised on your last hire you'd like to cancel the upcoming one we would have absolutely been willing to do that for you. We did not offer credit after you threatened a negative review (this threat has on how we deal with customer issues), you'll see it was processed into your online account as soon as you asked to cancel the order.

We’re a small business that genuinely cares about our customers, and I’m very sorry that on this occasion we fell short of your expectations.

Excellent company

This was the second time we have used Tiny Explorers and both times the service has been excellent. We received a spotless pushchair and carrier on the date agreed and was super easy to send back. Highly recommend!

Hassle free experience

Had overseas visitors with a 6 year old child so I booked a car seat for six days. It was surprisingly inexpensive and the whole process from order to delivery by Dpd and return by drop off at local post office was completely hassle free. Would definitely use this company again and will be recommending to friends.

Super reliable

Super reliable. They send the pram before the date you ask for it as well which shows how reliable they are. The pram was sparkly clean / perfect as if it hadn’t been used before! I was anxious about sending it back! But it was easy. Thanks for everything

Great company

The process for ordering and returning was very straightforward and the Doona was so lightweight and easy to use, it definitely made getting about on holiday easier. We will use Tiny Explorers again.

Everything was so easy!

Everything was so easy and renting the double pram for Disney was INVALUABLE!
We’d never have had such a lovely holiday without it.
Delivery was great, communication was easy and the team did everything to arrange the return.
Will definitely hire again

Great Company

The service from this company was absolutely fantastic the pram arrived on time, was immaculate and it was easy to return.
I'd certainly use this company again and have already recommended to friends.

Lovely equipment but delivery AWFUL

Lovely equipment, no problems but the delivery company DPD was truly AWFUL. They just didn’t bother to try to deliver, didn’t send a message so we could rearrange a pick up. The first night of our holiday we had no cot, co high chair and no stair gate. A nightmare with an 18month old, nobody slept. I recognise the delivery company isn’t Tiny Explorers. but they are responsible for their choice of company and I got no response from Tiny Explorers when asking for help and had to arrange my own redelivery.

Great small business. Highly recommend

I ordered a toddler shoulder carrier for a family holiday. Something I dont use regularly so didnt want to buy, but found this amazing service to hire the item I needed. The service was so easy and seamless. Delivery arrived a day early and return was so simple. The product itself was flawless; like new. I highly recommend this business, would definitely use again.

Exceptional customer service from start…

Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Equipment was extremely clean and easy to use. I was unsure about returns so contacted via WhatsApp and the replies were quick and put me at ease. Really simple process and I found the cost of rental extremely reasonable given the quality and condition of the equipment.

Great Service As Always

I have used Tiny Explorers a few times now for travel buggies and have had the best experience everytime. The cost of hire is more than reasonable, the hired items are always in great condition and whenever I have had queries the team have always been lovely. I cannot recommend them enough. Now that my daughter is 5 it’s unlikely I will need to hire anything else going forwards, which is a shame as they’ve been such a great company to use when needed. Thank you 😊

Excellent service ! 100% recommend

We rented a car seat & Iso fix base for my sister in law for her trip over from Australia with her 12 week old. The service so SO GOOD! Comms via WhatsApp’s were easy and timely, the seat arrived spotlessly clean. And the returns at the end was super easy too. Defo recommend !

Rented a travel pram for our holiday

Rented a travel pram for our holiday. Sadly it arrived with part of the pram broken therefore no 5 stars, but the ream were so contactable! No AI. A person to message. A new pram was sent within 48 hours… luckily just enough time before we flew. So great service thank you!!
