Great customer service is at the heart of Tilia Homes’ offering, and it’s being delivered with excellence by Paige Fradgley, our customer service advisor at the Kingsway Manor Site. Although we’re still in the mortgage stage, the journey so far has been nothing short of reassuring—built on honesty, genuine care, and open ears.

Paige has been consistently attentive, proactive, and transparent, making what could be a stressful process feel smooth and supported. Her communication is clear and timely, and she genuinely listens, which makes a real difference. My wife & I are always looking forwards to her WhatsApp voicenote where she updates us about the development. It’s rare to feel this level of trust and professionalism so early in the home-buying journey.

If the rest of the experience continues in this vein, we’re confident we’ll be proud to call a Tilia home our own.

Very poor service, been emailing and attempting to get in contact since 2019 (when I completed my purchase of the home when it was Kier homes). I sent and raised a formal complaint to the east team in July and haven’t had any acknowledgment back. I wouldn’t ever reccomend them as a company to buy from, the service is poor, many more house builders to choose from (ashwood, bellway, Allison homes etc) Tillia if you see this, please respond to my complaint. The Mastic man we had round to seal our en-suite was amazing, he did a really good job of the sealant in the shower and he did a really good job of aligning our kitchen cabinets properly. Thank you Robert Skibinski!!

Brian Aldridge, has completed numerous snags in my new build home, he is always on time, cheery faced and welcoming to the work required. He takes pride in his work and leaves the place spotless.

Had a really bad experience from the start with our sales team at Ashurst, then things seemed better with Site manager Dan who was helpful and friendly. However, awful finishing, weak doors, poor stainless steel on taps/sinks, shower door glass bad quality. We had dampness and mould run from the bathroom into my newborns room within the first 4 weeks because of poor ventilation and fan. Tilia have never been back to tarmac the roads and pavement which is awful with young children and prams. There’s areas that should be a dam and a park left neglected to overgrow. Put the house up for sale after 2 years

Steve has delivered personal, professional after sales service, and he really cares about the clients.

I have bought new homes in the past, and I’ve never experienced such premium after sales care from any individual like Steve, so I feel he deserves commendation.

Not only does Steve have a clever working mind, and has great skills, knowledge and experience across the trades, but he goes the extra mile to help us customers settle into our new homes.

We have recently moved into our Tilia home at Furlong Heath and have been very impressed with the service received. Ellie (Sales Executive) has been brilliant since day 1, nothing is too much trouble and she has been a responsive and efficient contact of ours throughout the whole process. After visiting many developments, we found Ellie to provide a helpful and relaxed approach. She facilitated viewings of the home throughout the purchase and soon acted to resolve our questions and queries. Ellie, you are a true asset to Tilia and I hope they realise the star they have!!
We have had some snagging issues (as with most new builds) but Ellie, Adrian, Callum and the team have been responsive in getting these addressed for us. The house itself is exactly what we wanted and we feel very much at home. We are impressed with the quality of the build overall and the finishes inside.

We had a wonderful experience working with our sales Executive Ellie Reedshaw From the very beginning, she demonstrated a high level of capability and professionalism. Every step of the process was handled efficiently and on time, with very minimal delays — a rare and much-appreciated quality.

She has a great way of explaining everything clearly, making us feel confident and well-informed throughout the journey. Her pleasant demeanor and friendly face always made each interaction a positive one, and her warm, approachable nature gave us a homely and comfortable feeling from the start.

Most importantly, she is the main reason we decided to purchase our first home much earlier than planned — we originally thought we’d buy towards the end of the year, but her guidance, patience, and support gave us the confidence to move forward sooner. Simon on the Kiln Grove development in Elmswell was incredibly helpful. We were starting to lose faith in new builds but he was very honest and helped us understand the process. The offers Tilia Homes provided were very good and competitive. We would definitely consider approaching them in the future.

Did a great job very clean and tidy.

Poor quality all round, serious lack of quality control and over 300 snags on a new build some that have still not been rectified. If you want years of painful liaising and lots of lost time then go ahead. Personally would avoid as life is too short!

Tilia Home kept us update on the progress of the property
Post code should have been informed to post-office sooner then later as this made difficult to get Internet and Insurance for the property
Cleaning of the property could have been bit better when getting the keys
Overroll Adim Team in sales office has been brilliant

Tilia Homes has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Paige (Sales Rep) professionalism and unwavering support has made the entire process seamless also. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Stewart Sellers popped in today to have a look at some mould that appeared in the corner of our lounge. He tested it, removed it and cleaned the area. He reassured me that it wasn't anything to be concerned about, and it was quite normal for a bit of mould to appear on the skirting boards, due to the huge amount of water used in building a new house. When leaving, he noticed that my front door was difficult to open, so he offered to adjust it for me, and now it's a dream to open.
Stewart was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. A real pleasure to deal with and I'll be sure to ask for his help again in the future if needed. Thank you Stewart! :)

Avoid these at all costs, they are unable to provide us with working plans and have given us information that is legally inaccurate, if we had acted on what they said we could have been sued. The are now stone walling us about what we asked for as they have them just not prepared to provide them.

The area in the attached is indeed shared – it would be left between yourselves to see who wants to maintain it? Otherwise its one half each between yourselves and ***. It would go along the boundary curve which is in-line with the fence to the curb.

He saw to all my issues with great knowledge & know how. He is so very helpful, understanding of the concerns and goes out of his way to ensure things are put right.
