Excellent service from Rafal Buzuk. Very professional, kept everything clean and work was above my expectations. This is someone that really makes a company look amazing. Tilia are great but people like rafal make the company amazing.

I had a very bad experience with Tilia homes at Aston Grange Longridge. The quality of the home is week the kitchen cupboards where very inferior cracking off within few months the carpets where getting loose. Overall home quality very poor.

I was very impressed with the service provided by Rafal Buzuk. He is extremely professional, and pays great attention to detail. Every part of his work was done carefully and thoroughly, and he made sure everything was perfect before finishing. He also has a very pleasant attitude and excellent manners. I feel very lucky to have had him assigned to fix the issue at my home.

If I could put no stars I would, Tilia are unreliable, untrustworthy and liars. They do not care for the Environment and completely ignore planning regulations running roughshod over residents.

Robert Skibinski was fantastic, he replaced our kitchen units that were damaged. He was so tidy and cleared up really well.

Tilia have been superb from start to finish. Cannot fault them. Today we had a Tilia operative - Rafal Buzuk come round to finish off cosmetic work to our front door. He did a brilliant job. We both found him to be very personable and a credit to Tilia. Thank you.

Absolutely awful company to deal with, Every excuse they can use to blame other people or blame residents as a reason they can’t sell their properties, Refuse to fix snags or find excuses not to, Landlord type repair jobs when they do get repaired. The list goes on shoddy pay the cheapest contractor. Awful company the site manager turn around shows this too.

Had a bow in the master bedroom floor which tilia refused to rectify so it has cost me over £500 to employ a carpenter and carpet fitter to resolve,
The floor was actually a snapped board that had been stuck together with expanding foam and wasn't attached to a joist, yet again another bodge done by tilia homes, just on our home that's approximately 97 issues on a house that cost almost half a million pounds to purchase and these cowboys really don't give a damn, avoid anything to do with tilia homes or risk being ripped off,

Nick Stacey is always providing excellent work to rectify the builders deficiencies. Since we moved into our house he was assigned by Tiliahomes customer service to repair or rectify something which was found in the process of living in our home for the 1st year. He is always punctual, thorough and just nice to deal with!

Through out our purchase process Marilyn has been amazing. She has got a big smile a welcoming presence and is able to keep us updated throughout the process of buying our home. We miss you Marilyn and keep up the good work.

Tilia Homes was our choice of developers because of the type of design that was on offer. We had been very patient with 4 date changes from April - September. Once Jo the Customer Service Director got involved in July everything became more coordinated and communication much improved. 5 stars are allocated in the greatest part to Mark who was allocated as our “Handyman” but so much more. I’ve never come across such a professional perfectionist who worked efficiently and with ease, so many important jobs took him 1/2 day, I made him stop for a break, totally impossible for us to complete anything like that standard, ever. Eternally memorable, Mark has left his mark and, we are in awe and very grateful. Thank you

What can I say! Our experience with Ellie B. at Tilia homes Furlong Heath has been outstanding, she has been so helpful from the day we walked into the Sales office through to completion. Stewart has carried out some jobs in our new home and the professionalism was outstanding. Could not find a fault, did a brilliant job and I highly recommend it! I can't praise enough, he deserves a rise 👏

From the very first day I visited the marketing suite, Helen M has been nothing short of outstanding. She has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process of buying my home with Tilia Homes – always friendly, approachable, and genuinely supportive.

Her knowledge and professionalism are excellent, but what stood out most was how personable she is. She made everything feel much less stressful and was always available to answer my questions, no matter how big or small (and I had a lot of questions 😅).

Helen really went above and beyond from start to finish, and I’m so grateful for all her help. She’s a real credit to Tilia Homes, I highly recommend! 🫶

As first-time buyers, we had plenty of questions, and he was always informative, patient, and happy to explain every step of the process. We travelled from another location to view a completed Tilia home at Roundhouse gate, and Barbara gave us an outstanding experience. She was warm and welcoming from the start, took the time to show us around, and really listened when we explained our design and extension plans. She even went the extra mile by taking us to another house with a layout similar to what ours would be post-extension, which made it so much easier to visualise. Excellent service — professional, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful.

Stewart Sellers from Tilia Homes has been over to our property multiple times over the last 2 years for snagging work. Stewart was always very polite and friendly always happy to talk but listen too! All work that has been completed has been completed to a very high standard, super clean! He always leaves the house very tidy and is respectful of our space! Each time we have had a snagging issue we hope for Stewart! Absolute gentleman and although i hope for no more snags i do hope we cross paths again Stewart! Thank you for all your hard work.

Brian Aldridge is the second gentleman to complete some snagging work for us. Brain was super polite and happy to chat with me. The work carried out was impeccable, very happy! Everything has been left as it was and any marks made were fixed and repainted same day! Brian went above and beyond out in the pouring rain to complete the works today. We really appreciate all your hard work

I think sometimes having work done in the house can be a pain or an inconvenience but with both Stewart and Brian it didnt feel like that at all. 5 Stars!!🌟

Couldn’t recommend using Tilia homes enough. Marilyn at their Westhill site has been amazing all the way through our journey so far. Always going the extra mile to help. We always leave with a smile on our face, couldn’t have asked for anything more. We were only window shopping until Marilyn and Tilia come together to help us get our first home which we didn’t think would be affordable or be able to reach our goal anytime soon.

As first time buyers it can all seem a little scary. It has been nothing but excitement and moving forward through the whole process thanks to Marilyn and Tilia.
