Although TierZeroGames was unable to ship my preorder, they were very cooperative and transparent with getting me a refund, replying the very next day to assist with my request.

Even though I wasn't able to get my product this time, their customer service was quick and eager to help which I very much appreciated.

No delivery sent me fake tracking info. After I contacted them made wrong promises to kept my money longer. I dont believe this is the real shop. Please stay away. I am also mentioning my order number #78466.
I believe this is a fake shop and they just put up pre order pages to grab peoples money and after keeping the money for 1-2 months they make wrong excuses.

Preordered with the store, received Royal Mail tracking ten days ago with no update. All they have done is generate the label and not actually ship it. Someone I know asked for cancellation (after they 'shipped') and they accepted it, which proves they obviously have not shipped the items. These independent stores take the mick with your time and money. Shop elsewhere.

They sent me all 3 cards I've ordered in the wrong rarities. I showed them the photos, and they only claim that 2 of them were the wrong rarity and the most expensive one was the correct rarity. It wasn't the correct rarity. I checked with a few friends from a TCG store and they confirmed that it was not the rarity I ordered. And TierZeroGames had the nerve to only give me a full refund if I pay for the shipping back, which cost a good portion of the refund.

Highly recommend buying elsewhere, I got the refund but these guys don't know what card rarities should look like and make you pay sending them back.

Update: They replied to this review saying "it was the correct rarity", which is just a blatant lie since I have an image of their customer service confirming the cards I've received were the wrong variety.

The proof screenshots of their customer service team confirming 2 out of the 3 cards that were sent were the wrong variety from the photos I sent them. Now I can't post the screenshots on trustpilot nor does it allow me to put image links (or any links) to this review, but I will be reporting this to trustpilot. It is a disgusting behaviour.

Please use this as another reason to be wary of this seller, they will not only refuse to take accountability publicly but with actively lie to save face.

I have used Tierzero many, many times throughout the years. As a collector, player and re-seller they have always done a fantastic job of quick dispatch, quick delivery and great prices. I have never had any issues but have spoken to customer service a few times to ask questions and even sell cards to them. They have always delivered nothing short of a perfect service for me and I will continue to use them : )

The delivery is quick, but the card has many scratches. I use several card shops in Europe, but the condition of the single cards that arrive is among the worst I've encountered.

Great and fast costumer service, dispatching and delivery was smooth and didn't take long. The cards I got were in near mint condition!

Ordered twice from here last week week and received a straight forward delivery on the first, shipped the day after and at my home by Thursday. The second was ordered the day after the first and dispatched the week after due to a backlog in other orders. This was made aware to me over the weekend and shipped at the very start of the week. Pleased with the turnaround all in and hoping to shop again!

Truly horrible service, do not buy from them - no communication, late to dispatch preorders.

When AGOV got released in 2023 I needed a good place to get my Horus cards, I was looking for a reliable store that could ship my order to Colombia and that could be transparent about all the different custom details and that used a good logistics like DHL... I tried TZG.
3 Years later I'm still purchasing from them, and all my TCG friends from Colombia have found a safe stop in TierZero to get their cards.
You can tell that Oliver and the team genuinely care about every order they handle, and that level of dedication gives me a lot of confidence in their service.

This is the only place that get any customer response, so here I am.
I ordered a bunch of cards 10 days ago (6th) and have since had no information what so ever about shipment delivery or anything. I understand that delays happen and things don't go as planned however, having no communication at all isn't acceptable especially using the contacts provided for these issues when contacted multiple times.
From the 9th when the order went through to be sent to my courier till now there has been no information about the whereabouts of my 3 orders (14 Cards). I have directly asked my courier and the say that they haven't received it yet. I have used the bot function on the website over multiple days with zero responses from someone, the number provided is always on "Line busy" Friday-Monday all day so far, I have emailed with again zero response.
I don't get the point of having these features if they don't get responded to over multiple days. The communication is severely lacking compared to their competitors that have had issues and delays this year.
The sad thing is I am a first time buyer and had heard good things about Tier Zero Games before and decided to check them out, but this experience has really turned me off.

Fast delivery and reasonable prices at the time I placed the order. Wish I'd waited for prices to go down though...

Placed order on 01/21, order has been on “Shipment information received” since 02/02 after I reached out and they said order would ship out.

UPDATE: Store reached out and went above and beyond to resolve issue.

Would encourage store to be more transparent with situations over email and/or making a pop up on the home page. The small font on top of the site did not help, nor to follow social media for updates.

Amazing site for all trading card games.
Customer support is very responsive and helpful.

I have dealt with Tier Zero Games for over ten years. I started back at Nats in Birmingham, and Ollie, sorted everything out I needed for the event and a bit of bling on the side. Consistently, they have delivered and I would recommend them. Thank you for what you do. I shall continue to buy from them!
