18000$ Sim account profits was on hold

Hi @tickticktrader admin I made about 27000$ in sim funded accounts, when I moved to Live account they only allocated 9000$ in my account due to tough market conditions I lost most of the money.

When I asked add some more money in my Live account they told I need to trade rehabilitation account but I am not getting any new account or response from Ticktick trader.
- I have been waiting from 5 months
- I waited 6 months to get live account
Total 11 months waiting after taking 1 payout on sim funded accounts 😔 can you please help🙏

I got banned in december and my payout…

I got banned in december and my payout for 1200 was denied and my account that was ready to request was closed , my wxperiemce was going well till they started taking lomger to payout so i came to imternet to leave a review and complain .They then which very funny proccesed to ban me for defarmatioma dn spreading false informatiom about the firm.My lawyer has been look into case and unless then can payout my 2 deserved payouts then it will have to go to legal system.they claimed i lied about having issues to destroy mame of brand when i didnt ahhaha .
Ps. I would stay away for your own sanity

Payout refused after 4 successful withdrawals – KYC deadline not clearly communicated

I am sharing my documented experience with TickTickTrader in a factual and objective manner.

I purchased and traded a Direct account and successfully received four payouts previously without issue. My trading activity complied with the rules provided at the time.

For my most recent payout, I was informed that my KYC verification was considered incomplete. I was later told that Direct accounts have a 180-day validity period and that if KYC is not completed before the account expires, profits become ineligible for payout.

As a result, my payout was refused and the account declared expired.

At no point did I receive a prior email clearly specifying a fixed KYC deadline or explicitly stating that delayed KYC completion would result in forfeiture of earned profits.

When I requested clarification regarding:
• The specific contractual clause allowing forfeiture of earned profits
• The exact date and deadline communicated for KYC
• The justification for denying profits generated during an active trading period

I was informed that management’s decision is final.

I am not making accusations or legal claims. I am simply sharing my experience based on written communication so that other traders can make informed decisions.

Reply to TickTickTrader’s comment:
For clarity and transparency, I would like to reference your December email, which stated:

“We will process your payout request after you complete the KYC Verification.”

That communication did not mention:
• Any specific KYC deadline
• The 180-day account expiration overriding payout eligibility
• Or that earned profits would be permanently forfeited if KYC was completed after a certain date

The wording clearly indicated that the payout was acknowledged and would be processed upon completion of KYC, with no reference to expiration nullifying it.

My review reflects this inconsistency between the written confirmation I received and the explanation now being provided publicly.

If there was a clearly communicated written notice specifying that the payout would be permanently void after a certain date regardless of future KYC completion, I remain open to reviewing it.

My $10,000 Performance account with TickTickTrader was closed following an internal audit, based on reasons that appear inconsistent with the terms and conditions provided at the time of account activation.

1. Account duration (180 days)
I was informed that my account exceeded a 180-day maximum lifespan, presented as grounds for closure.
However, in the documentation available at registration, the 180-day period was described as the initial account duration, not as a maximum limit triggering automatic termination.
No explicit clause clearly stated that a Performance account would be closed solely for exceeding this timeframe.

2. Allegation of “flipping” / trading regularity
The audit report claims a recurring practice of “flipping,” defined as opening and closing positions rapidly to meet activity requirements.
However:
• no precise or measurable definition of “flipping” (minimum holding time, frequency thresholds, or quantitative limits) is clearly specified in the publicly available rules;
• my trading history includes multiple positions held over extended periods, which contradicts the assertion of a systematic abusive trading pattern;
• the assessment appears to rely on a subjective, retroactive interpretation rather than on predefined, objective criteria.

3. Audit process and lack of effective recourse
The account was closed following a unilateral manual audit, without a transparent adversarial process, and without a meaningful opportunity to provide clarification or defense prior to the final decision.

Conclusion
This experience highlights:
• ambiguous and insufficiently defined rules,
• retroactive enforcement of interpretations,
• and a material risk of discretionary account closure, even in the absence of a clearly demonstrated rule violation.

I strongly encourage traders to carefully assess this level of regulatory and procedural uncertainty before engaging with this firm.

My account was blocked on December 24, 2025. On that same day, I reported an order refusal displayed on the platform. Initially, I was told that the account closure was due to « exceeding a 180-day maximum account duration — even though the account had been active since February 2024 without any prior warning or enforcement of that rule ». After I challenged this explanation, a new justification was introduced: “one week of inactivity 12/28/2025 to 01/03/2026.”

The explanations changed throughout the exchange:
• One week of inactivity
• Personal risk management settings
• Then contractual duration exceeded

Despite formally requesting it, I was never provided with full technical proof (detailed server-side logs).

The most concerning issue is not the closure itself, but the lack of consistency and transparency in the reasons given.

This situation raises concerns regarding fair dealing and consistent rule enforcement.

I am considering escalating this matter to the relevant regulatory and consumer protection authorities.

My Live account balance is on hold

My Live account balance is on hold. As i guess there Platform Project X exited in November. But since then no reply from support about update. I mean it has been 4 month if you guys are not able to provide the accounts for trading, you closed website, closed discord. Every communication channel then atleast release the fund of live user balance. I still have on hold about 2.5k with them. Not sure i will be getting that or should forget.

Hence not recommended. Although they were good in intial phase but being 10% good and 90% worst is worst only.

UPDATE/REPLY: I have email from live team received in november that they are waiting for platform and i am eligible for the rehab account as per contract they promised to give all money for live trading but instead they gave on 30-40% of them. Also post that amount was blown these guys found N number of ways to finish our live balance account. Like the drawdown on SIM account was getting deducted directly from our Live balance account.

And how come you guys have checked your record when you dont have my email anything. You took 5 months for onboarding and now this hell. It has been almost more than a year. I want my $2500 amount of live balance and i am not gonna leave that.

If you want to lose your hard work and risk having your account closed at any time, choose this company.

They closed my accounts even though I had over $20,000 in profit, and they didn’t pay me anything. Their excuse was that my accounts were “older than 6 months.” No warning. No fair solution. Just closed.

It feels like they prefer gamblers and people who fail evaluations, not real traders who try to grow their accounts step by step. I asked them to move me to a live account since I was profitable, but they refused and said, “That’s how we work.”

What makes it worse is that this 6-month rule is not clearly explained. There is no clear goal, condition, or way to avoid it. It feels hidden in the contract and not transparent.

In the end, it’s clear: they don’t support consistent, profitable traders.

If you are serious about trading and building long-term success, I strongly recommend staying away from this company. Otherwise, you will only waste your time, your effort, and the money you worked hard to make.

Hello everyone, let me share my experience with Tick Tick Trader. I have bought a S2F account, was in profit but have not trade for one week which is against the rules. The have closed my account, but gave me another new one for free. Now the platform has changed so they made it inactive, send my payment to the Skrill back, but they are preparing a new account with the same parameters as I had on the existing account. REGLA ABSURDA

voy a entrar a mi cuenta y no me lo permite, envió el correo y me informan que hay un acuerdo de 180 días y que tengo un saldo negativo y por eso la desatiban. creo que lo mas prudente fue haber enviado un correo por lo menos con 15 días de anticipación dando informe sobre este tema y no realizarlo así tan arbitrariamente. SOLO ME QUEDA DESIR QUE FUE TIEMPO PERDIDO.
pienso que lo que si esta bien claro es la eliminación de traders de su comunidad.

I’ve been trading for six years with…

I’ve been trading for six years with multiple reputable prop firms, so I know the difference between a real operation and one that’s falling apart. At first, this firm looked promising. I received three payouts without issues. But once I reached my fourth, everything went downhill fast.

They stalled for over a month and then suddenly accused me of “system manipulation,” the same copy‑and‑paste excuse they’re giving countless traders. Everyone was having issues with their 7‑day credit cycle, yet somehow they’re blaming the traders. And now they’re using “Project X” as an excuse and claiming we’re the ones manipulating the system. It’s ridiculous.

This all comes right after they were cut off by a major platform for not paying their own bills. The pattern is obvious: they’re running out of money and scrambling for excuses. The shady Isle of Man address, the broken website, the endless “migration” story — every part of this operation screams that they’re going under.

Many traders bought multiple accounts and never saw a single payout. I was lucky to get three before they started shutting people down. Others weren’t so lucky. I trade with major firms and follow rules to the letter — this is the first time I’ve ever been rugged. They’re clearly looking for any reason to close accounts and avoid paying out.

My advice is simple: stick to established American prop firms. If this one ever claims to reopen, don’t waste your time or your money. The red flags are everywhere.

La seul entreprise qui fait tout pour ne pas avoir de clients

Au début, tout se passait bien : j’ai reçu mes payouts sans souci. Depuis qu’ils n’ont pas payé Tradovate, tout est parti en vrille. On ne peut plus acheter de comptes, j’ai été kick du Discord alors que je suis vérifié, que j’ai déjà fait des payouts et que je suis actif. Depuis 3 mois, je ne peux plus acheter de compte pour trader. Aucune réponse du support. J’ai rempli le Google Form pour avoir accès au Discord, mais je n’ai jamais eu accès. Franchement, c’est l’entreprise la moins sérieuse du marché.Sachant que j'ai casiment 10k sur un compte qu'ils me doivent encore car ils viennent de mes payout

#450393 Comunicación engañosa, poco profesionales y cambios de reglas constantes

El miércoles 10 de diciembre del 2025 recibí un correo electrónico que me otorgaba un período de gracia de tan solo 7 días para alcanzar un objetivo porque de lo contrario cerrarían mi cuenta. Este objetivo fue alcanzado el 18 de diciembre respetando la regla de consistencia.

A pesar de su política de pago de hasta 5 días hábiles, fue hasta el 23 de enero del 2026 (1 mes después) que me dieron respuesta, rechazando la solicitud y cerrando mi cuenta. Durante este mes estuve enviando frecuentemente comunicaciones a soporte para saber el estado de la solicitud y sus respuestas siempre fueron que podía demorar más por las actividades de transición en su plataforma. Solicité una revisión sobre el rechazo y cierre de mi cuenta por la incongruencia del periodo de gracia otorgado (período de 7 días y cómo se superpone con los cierres del mercado, opero futuros del nasdaq).

Cabe destacar que obtuve un 1er retiro de esta cuenta en Mayo del 2025, y fue otorgado en el plazo establecido. También recalcar que las cuentas de TTT sufrieron cambio de reglas en febrero del 2025 anulando las condiciones iniciales de las cuentas.

Al leer reseñas negativas anteriores estaba negada a la situación planteada por varios operadores, y pensaba que TTT solo estaría pasando por inconvenientes técnicos con su plataforma. Ahora puedo ver que utilizan comunicaciones engañosas, en mi caso “un período de gracia de tan solo 7 días” en realidad 5 días hábiles, su objetivo es claro eliminar trader de su comunidad.

Me gustaría escribir una nueva reseña y decir que solo fue una confusión y recapacitaron en su error, pero quizás sea solo una fantasía.

Yo perdí mi tiempo (más de 1 año) y ellos su reputación en el sector.

En la comunicación del 10 de diciembre del 2025, tanto en el titulo como en el cuerpo del correo electrónico dice explícitamente "Último periodo de gracia de 7 días para alcanzar su objetivo", el cual no respetaron: comunicación engañosa. Tanta incongruencia, que mi cuenta seguía activa el 18 de diciembre 2025.

Red flag por todos lados. A los operadores dedíquense a leer cada reseña antes de tomar una decisión equivocada con esta empresa. Eviten perder su tiempo y dinero.

As you noted in your review, the target was achieved on December 18, 2025. Because the target was reached one day AFTER the expiration of that period, the account was deactivated according to the specific terms of the extension.

It is important to clarify that our communication did not specify "7 trading sessions." We provided a 7-day calendar window and, for absolute clarity, explicitly stated that the deadline to reach your target was December 17.

As we have shared with many traders, our platform migration to the new infrastructure required a comprehensive deep-dive into all account logs. When an account hits a target after a documented deadline, the audit must manually verify the timestamps of every trade to confirm whether any part of the profit was generated within the authorized window. In your case, the audit confirmed that the necessary profit threshold was only met on December 18. Since this occurred outside the permitted grace period, the payout request could not be validated, and the account reached its final termination state.

We strive to be as flexible as possible during transitions, but hard deadlines are necessary to maintain the integrity of our funding data and compliance rules.

These professional liars stole my money.

I worked four months to build a profit in my 300K TTT direct account. When I made it, they ripped me a new one. Payout requested in November 2025, still waiting.

Just left a meeting with my lawyer, and I will sue them. Whatever it takes. I have time and resources for this.

The Discord is practically closed and silent. You can only write once every 6 hours. When somebody writes, either they are booted or they get yet another "rest assured" copy+paste response.

We have a signed contract, take screenshots of your P&Ls before they close everything down.

Scam, Stay Away!

Tick Tick is a straight scam, avoid them at all costs.

Let me explain. I have a single 50k STF+ account that started with ProjectX (The only platform they currently have, but not for much longer). I have taken 3 payouts, all with slight friction, but promising in the beginning.

The 4th payout is where the problems started, shortly after they were taken offline with Tradovate for not paying their bills (Again, I'm ProjectX, it shouldn't effect me).

Here's the current timeline of my 4th payout.
1. Sent Payout Request on 12/19.

2. On Jan 6th (2.5 weeks later) -- they send me a rejection email saying that ProjectX had technical difficulties on 12/16. They remove 4 days of profits from my account because of 1 day of technical difficulties, no other reason. Telling me I needed to trade an additional 4 days.

3. I make 4 days of trades to make my profits back (The ones they removed).

4. As soon as I hit the new profit target they set for me, my account was suspended -- No knowledge as to why, before I could submit a payout request. After emailing support, they tell me that they suspended my account due to my previous Trust Pilot review, they would re-activate it if I removed the review.

5. I remove the review, they re-instated my account. This told me that they removed all of the profits, hoping I would fail and go away. Then they just wanted the review to go away after.

6. I make one more day of profits (just to be safe)

7. It has been 1.5 weeks since I put in my payout request again on January 14th. Support is nowhere to be found!

This time, the review stays, I will NOT be deleting. I don't think any of this is actually legal, they should be held accountable.

This review details a deeply frustrating and ultimately manipulative experience with TickTickTrader (TTT), which led to the closure of two of my accounts under non-transparent rules.
I initially wrote a one-star review on December 11, 2025, after TTT notified me via email of an undisclosed 180-day limit on my two $250,000 Direct Funding accounts. The email gave a mere 7-day grace period (effectively 5 trading days) to achieve an impossible $12,500 profit target per account. I had already accrued $4,873 in profits on one account (DIRE-S250ZE-378865) and $4,628 on the other (DIRE-S250ZN-431018) before TTT took away them from me.
The 180-day rule was not publicly disclosed on their website, in promotional materials, or anywhere accessible to the general public. It was hidden deep within a purchase agreement, which is a highly non-transparent business practice. This forced me to abandon my risk management and trade recklessly to try and meet the unrealistic deadline, which is counter to sound trading principles.
Update 1: The Manipulative Tactic to Silence My Review
After posting my initial review (username "Lucky"), TTT responded to my support ticket (#448710) with an ultimatum: my case for an extension could only be reviewed after I removed the Trustpilot review.
To save my accounts, I temporarily removed the review as requested. It is now clear that TTT's only goal was to get my negative review taken down. I provided my trading plan as requested for their "objective review," but they vanished, never providing feedback or reinstating my accounts.
Update 2: New, Subjective Violations Emerge
Yesterday, (January 20, 2026), I received an email that my last active account (DIREPCOR1000022821) has been temporarily paused due to alleged "patterns of flipping." This is absurd. TTT removed its micro-flipping rule back in March 2025. I conduct at least two or three trades per trading day, and each trade lasts between one and five minutes—well outside the definition of "flipping." Following a comprehensive review of my activity under support ticket #451360, the firm was unable to identify any specific trade violations and reactivated the account later that evening. Despite this, the firm is now terminating accounts based purely on subjective assumption of "non-genuine intent," rather than a clear, verifiable violation of a specific written rule supported by evidence. This practice is unjust and lacks professional transparency.
TickTickTrader's business practices are a complete joke. They employ non-transparent policies unique in the industry and use manipulative tactics to silence critics and seize earned profits and accounts. They are not to be trusted.
Update 3: Jan 21,2026, 12:40pm
I just received a response to support ticket #448710 stating that TTT has decided not to reinstate my two $250k instant funding accounts. They cited my recent review on Trustpilot as the reason.
I believe this decision is directly related to the review I posted on Trustpilot this morning. I waited over a month for an update or feedback on the status of these two accounts and received none. It appears the final determination to not reinstate them was made shortly after my review was posted, a decision that seems to have taken only a few hours after a month of inaction. The timing of this decision is concerning.
Update 4: Jan 22,2026. 12:56pm EST.
My thoughts to TTT's reply.
1.Hidden Time Limits: My strategy depends on rule transparency. You failed to disclose the 180-day limit on instant accounts anywhere in your documentation, preventing me from trading accordingly.
2.Contradictory Rules: Your inactivity policy requires one trade per week to stay active, yet you penalize these very trades as "prolonged flipping." You cannot mandate activity and then use that activity as a reason for closure.
3.Consistency vs. Sizing:During the 7-day grace period, I maintained my established strategy but responsibly scaled my trade size (from 1-2 to 5-10 micros) only because you notified me the account was closing anyway. Despite achieving a $4,600 profit in five days (which included one losing day), you retroactively used this necessary sizing increase as the reason for closure. It seems TTT actively seeks reasons to deny payouts, even when profit targets are met under duress.
4.Wrongful Flagging: Account DIREPCOR1000022821 was reactivated because your team found zero trade violations, not because of a trading plan. I only submitted trading plan for two 250K accounts. These can be verified in Support Ticket #451360.

Final Statement: Your inconsistent enforcement and "hidden" rules are unprofessional. This is my final update; I am done with the nonsense from TTT.

The profits cited in your review were generated only after a formal notice and grace period were issued. At that stage, trading behavior shifted toward higher-risk strategies to reach the target quickly, materially increasing the consistency requirement and placing the accounts outside the program’s risk and performance standards. As a result, the accounts were not eligible to continue beyond their contractual term and were closed in accordance with the agreement.

Regarding account DIREPCOR1000022821, this account was temporarily flagged due to observed flipping patterns. After you submitted your trading plan, our team manually reviewed the account and reactivated it to allow continued trading. This process demonstrates that our team conducts reviews on a case-by-case basis and that reinstatement is possible when activity is found to be compliant.

Finally, we would like to clarify that the firm’s final position regarding the closed Direct Funding accounts was reached due to unprofessional communications and threats directed toward the company during the review process—not due to the posting of a review. TickTickTrader uses slippage to wipe accounts

TickTickTrader uses slippage on daily losses.
If you place a stop loss 5 or 6 ticks further away from your daily loss to prevent market slippage, they will still execute your order at a price that will wipe out your account.
They've done this to me several times, and I only recently realized it. I don't recommend anyone start trading with this company.

All trade executions for TickTickTrader accounts are performed exclusively through the ProjectX platform, using real-time market data and execution feeds provided by CME Group–regulated markets. TickTickTrader does not intervene in, modify, or influence execution prices in any way.

Slippage is a natural market occurrence, particularly during periods of volatility, rapid price movement, or reduced liquidity. Stop orders and daily loss limits are triggered based on actual executed prices, not intended or theoretical levels. Placing a stop several ticks beyond a daily loss limit does not eliminate slippage risk, as executions occur at the best available market price at the time the order reaches the exchange.

At no point does TickTickTrader manually adjust executions or “wipe” accounts. Such outcomes are the result of real market conditions and execution mechanics governed by the exchange, not discretionary action by our firm.

We strongly encourage traders to familiarize themselves with CME market structure, order execution mechanics, and platform risk disclosures before drawing conclusions. A clear understanding of these elements is essential when trading futures in live market conditions.

No se como contestar el reply de ticktik por lo que me explayo mas aca con la respuesta:

total disconformidad con la resolución del Equipo de Gestión de Riesgos, la cual considero que se basa en una interpretación errónea de los datos técnicos.

Si bien entiendo que su protocolo busca evitar el uso de copy-traders, en nuestro caso existen pruebas claras de ejecución independiente que parecen haber sido omitidas en la auditoría:

Diferencia en el Volumen y Frecuencia: Si analizan los registros históricos, verán que una de las cuentas tiene un volumen de operaciones significativamente mayor que la otra. Un sistema de duplicación o copia resultaría en un número idéntico de ejecuciones, lo cual no ocurre aquí.

Variación en Entradas y Salidas: Aunque compartimos una estrategia basada en los mismos setups técnicos (lo cual es común entre traders que se han formado juntos), las entradas no son idénticas. Existen diferencias en los precios de ejecución, tiempos de entrada y gestión de stop-loss que demuestran que cada operación fue ejecutada manualmente y de forma individual.

Geolocalización e IP: La mayoría de nuestras sesiones de trading se han realizado desde ubicaciones físicas distintas y proveedores de internet diferentes. El hecho de haber coincidido puntualmente en un mismo domicilio (IP compartida) se debe a un vínculo familiar, pero no constituye una prueba de manejo coordinado de cuentas a largo plazo.

Autonomía de Decisión: El hecho de que dos traders operen un mismo setup en el mismo marco temporal no es "sincronización prohibida", sino una coincidencia de mercado basada en una metodología técnica compartida.
