TickTick Trader suspende cuentas sin motivo

Compré 3 cuentas Straight2Funded (1 en Febrero y 2 en Marzo) y en Diciembre de 2025 me bloquearon las 3 cuentas por exceder los 6 meses sin llegar al objetivo (sin decirme cual era este, ya que logré cobrar 1 retiro en 1 de las cuentas y las otras 2 estaban a punto). Dicen que en los Términos y Condiciones lo decían (lo cual no es así), encima en la web no hay ningún lugar donde figuren estos Términos y Condiciones.

We’d like to clarify the situation regarding your accounts.

The 180-day (6-month) lifespan applies to each trading account and is defined in the Agreement accepted at the time of purchase for all plans. While this provision was not strictly enforced in earlier periods, it has always been part of the contract and is now being applied consistently across all accounts.

Prior to accounts being paused, we sent a formal notification to affected users explaining they had exceeded the 180-day limit and offering a 7-day grace period to reach the applicable target. During this grace period, traders were encouraged to contact support if they had concerns or needed clarification. The traders who reached out or responded were reviewed and granted extensions based on their circumstances.

In your case, we did not receive any response or request for review after the notification was sent. As the target was not reached within the grace period and no follow-up was made, the accounts were placed on pause in accordance with the program terms.

For any account-specific questions, we encourage you to reach out to our support team via email so they can be reviewed promptly.

Tu cuenta fue revisada tras superar el límite máximo de contratos en varias cuentas S2F+, una norma claramente definida y de estricto cumplimiento según nuestras políticas de trading. Como parte de los procedimientos de cumplimiento estándar, se realizó una auditoría interna.

La auditoría confirmó que, en múltiples ocasiones, los contratos que abriste superaron los límites permitidos. Esta norma se detalla en el acuerdo aceptado al crear la cuenta y se aplica sistemáticamente para garantizar la equidad y la transparencia para todos los traders.

Buena en calidad precio.

Account closed after 2 years due to company issues, not client performance

I had an active TickTickTrader performance account for approximately two years with no violations or issues on my side.

Prior to the account closure, NinjaTrader communicated to users that TickTickTrader’s access to the platform was suspended due to TickTickTrader’s contractual and payment-related defaults, not due to any technical limitation or client action.

Shortly after that communication, my account was closed. When I contacted support, the closure was justified by retroactively invoking a 180-day contract clause, despite the account having remained active for two years with no prior notice of expiration or renewal requirement.

The support responses were polite but did not address the actual context of the closure nor offer any reasonable solution.

I’m sharing this review so other traders can make an informed decision.

First there are under financial stress. They started migrating all tradovate accounts to ProjectX without asking, because they did not pay the fees for tradovate for month. They started to invent rules and told everyone who has accounts over 180 days, they will expire after 180 days, I had my account for over a year. they gave 7 day time limit to reach the targets which is not even possible with the consistuency Rule in 5 Days. They now deleted the account with saying I would not have asked for extension. I asked on the first day, I talked to several people in the support, someone told he would give the request to team, than it took about 3 days till they responded and now they just tell the grace period were expired.

edit: there were still plenty of draw down left to bring it back to Break even. In your agreement it does not say anything with 180 days the account will expire. For people who are far away from the target this grace period is a joke, you are not generous at all. I would never ever buy a direct Account which can be traded only for only 6 month.

edit/ for me another red flag, when you are not even allowed to flip that the account to remains active. This is another rule which is not transparent at all. But you never informed me with this per email. In another post on trustpilot you tell about privacy and communication per email, but now you give answers which you never explaint me per email. Why you even give a grace period to all account even it is not reacheable for those which are not close to targets?

Please allow us to add the facts , You had an account for more than one year, your account was negative and close to Minimum account balance then you started placing micro contracts in order to avoid the inactivity rule. This practice is also prohibited as per our ToS and signed agreement.
The grace period was a goodwill gesture for the traders who were close to the target.

This is unbelievable! You're about to close my account because of this 180-day rule you just dropped out of nowhere. If it was part of the rules, why didn't you enforce it as strictly in the past as you do the other rules? You've let us down and forced us to gamble this week.

They cancelled my account and refuse to pay the balance.…

I broke the maximum contract number rule because I accidentally clicked the mouse twice. I immediately canceled the transaction and didn't make any profit because of this mistake. I even warned them that I had made this error. They canceled my account and said they won't pay me the balance I had or the value of my live wallet. They can cancel it, but it's not fair that they don't pay me the amount I worked so hard to earn. To me, that's dishonest.

Our records show that the account in question was operating under an S2F+ account, which has clearly defined maximum contract limits as a core risk parameter. On October 30, a formal final warning was issued to you for exceeding this limit, explicitly stating that any further violations would result in account termination.

Following this warning, a subsequent contract-limit violation occurred. While you reported the incident promptly and indicated that the orders were closed immediately, the audit confirmed that this constituted a repeat violation of the same rule. Under the signed agreement, repeated breaches—particularly after a final warning—require immediate account termination, regardless of intent or profitability.

With respect to balances, when an account is terminated due to a confirmed breach of program terms, remaining balances and access are forfeited in accordance with the agreement. A payout had already been processed for you prior to this termination; however, additional distributions are not permitted once a multi-violation status is confirmed.

This decision was based on documented account history and applied in line with our standard risk and compliance procedures. For any further questions related to your account, support remains available through the appropriate channel.

Do not trust

I bought three direct 250K accounts, which are lifetime accounts, unless they get blown.
These accounts are not cheap, at around 1000AUD each.
They now tell me they are de-activating the accounts if they have not reached target with 180 days.
Do not trust.

Scam of a company

I emailed support a few months ago asking about a 180 day rule limit. They stated it did not exist. Sure enough over 180 days after the account being active, they closed the account with over 7K profit, stating that the account has a “180 day limit” Avoid this company at all costs.

Beware !!!!!!!! TickTickTrader Uses False Accusations to Refuse Payouts

It’s honestly unbelievable to hear you talk about “trust” when you can’t even pay your own service providers like Tradovate on time. You expect traders to trust your platform, yet you fail to handle the most basic operational responsibilities.

If an evaluation company can’t settle its own bills with a broker, how can anyone trust you with payouts?
How can you talk about “integrity,” “security,” or “risk management” when you can’t even maintain a stable payment relationship with the broker you force your traders to use?

Instead of hiding behind the same copy-paste excuses about “multi-user activity” and “trust issues,” start fixing the real problem:
your inability to process payouts and your ongoing issues with Tradovate.

You keep accusing traders of violations to justify delays, while the real issue is clearly on your side.
A company that can’t manage its own obligations has no credibility to question the honesty of its users.

Before lecturing traders about trust, start by proving you can meet your own financial commitments. That’s the minimum requirement for a legitimate business.

They constantly make arbitrary…

They constantly make arbitrary decisions, trying to bend the rules to their advantage; they clearly don't care about the traders. I bought three direct accounts with them, and since then, they've changed rules, such as the minimum withdrawal amount. Now, for example, they send a message saying that accounts have a 180-day lifespan, and if you don't make the withdrawals within that time, the account will be deactivated. They clearly have cash flow problems and are trying to eliminate potential traders with upcoming payouts. A few weeks ago, Tradovate decided to stop working with them, and at no point did they bother to explain what was happening. My advice to any trader seeing this is to go to another funding company or open a personal account.

It's deplorable how they handle and conceal information. I consulted with Tradovate, and they clearly told me that the company stopped paying invoices, which is why they stopped working... so imagine what defenseless traders can expect… They just kicked me out of their Discord server for giving my opinion regarding their 180-day rule.

This response to a user named "Lucky" below demonstrates how sloppy they handle everything. I've been talking to support for days to get an extension or a refund for my accounts, but they tell me it's not possible. However, they offer it to another user as if it were nothing.

"Furthermore, we can review your account for a possible extension of the deadline, as we have done for other users who contacted us with mitigating circumstances."

Been waiting for Live transition for 130 days and they keep giving me the same response about waiting for cohort, verifying trades... No other firm takes even half this long to take you to live. Do not recommend them if you're serious about trading.

Moving from SIM to a live account isn’t automatic or tied to a fixed timeline. The transition requires multiple reviews, compliance/KYC checks, and risk/routing configuration to ensure the account is set up correctly and in line with applicable policies. Because several teams and external partners are involved, timelines can vary. To avoid setting inaccurate expectations, we don’t promise exact dates; instead, we notify traders as soon as each milestone is cleared and the account is ready.

Regarding S2F vs. S2F+: it’s normal to see S2F+ traders reach live sooner. S2F+ is an enhanced program with a defined path-to-live from the outset, and the live balance begins building from day one. That structure enables earlier live placement; it isn’t queue-jumping, but a different program design.

We’re also continually revising and improving the live program to give traders every possible chance of success—tightening communication touchpoints, streamlining handoffs, and reducing avoidable delays. We understand the eagerness to go live; at the same time, we won’t rush steps that could introduce errors.
