My accounts were paused 5 months ago and I've been waiting since end of December 2025 first week of January for my payouts. I email customer service maybe once a month to see if they closed down officially. Every time they say they are reviewing it to determine if I resume sim or transition to live. 5 months. Would stay as far away as possible.

I can see that the evaluation of this company is going down and down, I think that problems started with the start of the new accounts(s2f....)and tradovate ,before it was really good with the 100k express accounts and others, the rules were clear and passing to live account is made within 5 working days, I had a positive experience with this company, the withdraws also was quick,almost 3days .
Actually, I stopped working with them since they deleted some accounts offer and the new offers doesn't match with me, so I moved to another prop firm 😁

3ª PARTE: Visto que no quieren reconocer su "error" me ratifico en los anteriores comentarios sobre este tema y añado lo siguiente.
No entiendo porqué mienten diciendo que no me puse en contacto con ellos cuando existe una conversación de emails donde se puede comprobar perfectamente fecha y hora de envío, en los que les facilito toda la información que me solicitan y me responden que está todo correcto y me realizarán la transferencia, la cual nunca ha llegado.
El dia 10 de Abril les contacté por ultima vez, y hoy 29 de Abril les he vuelto a contactar para facilitarles la cadena de emails para que no la tengan que buscar, y así puedan comprobar que es correcto todo lo que he redactado.
Espero que finalmente se solucione este tema, os mantendré actualizados con nuevos comentario si no se soluciona.
Espero que mis comentarios puedan servir de ayuda.

me cerraron las cuentas en profit , se comunicaron y me dijeron que me reembolsarían el valor de las cuentas (su departamento de finanzas y riesgo lo autorizo ) luego dijeron que por fallas de su sistema no podían devolvérmelo y asi cruce mas de 78 emails con ellos y no me devolvieron jamas un dolar empresa deplorable lo pero es el tiempo perdido en esas cuentas una vez que solicite el retiro salieron con esto, daba la consistencia daba todo luego con lo de proyect x salieron con esta excusa . una perdida de tiempo trabajar con ellos

I managed to get into the LIVE TRADING program. Everything was going well until one day I went to place a trade and it wasn't working. To my surprise, my corporate email and Slack account had been deleted. No one from support has said anything about it, and I've basically lost $6,400. This company's way of operating is appalling. I'm very frustrated and fed up with all my hard work suddenly disappearing. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.

I’ve been waiting for FIVE MONTHS for my payout and for my transition to a live account, but so far all I keep getting is the same response over and over again. At this point, I genuinely feel scammed by this company.
They claim they’re going through a transition, yet I haven’t seen any real progress, and they continue to repeat the same explanation time and time again.

Tenia 2 cuentas desde agosto y todo iba bien hasta que solicite el primer retiro en diciembre, ahí comenzó el calvario, porque se tardaron mes y medio para aprobar el pago y mas 15 días para hacerlo efectivo. A todas estas mientras revisaban la solicitud de retiro las cuentas estaban en pause sin poder usarse. Después que me pagan a la semana me han puesto las dos cuentas como inactivas con la excusa de que me las van a activar cuando realicen la migración de la plataforma, en este tiempo les escribo todas las semanas recibiendo la misma respuesta y para mi sorpresa esta semana les acabo de escribir y no me llega el correo automático de que están revisando mi solicitud lo que encendió la alarma. Luego trate de entrar en mi panel personal y me dice que mi usuario esta bloqueado. Mis 2 cuentas son de 150K y en cada una tenia el colchón y un poco mas así que estamos hablando de aproximadamente 13K que me parece se perdieron. Una locura total

I am extremely disappointed and feel scammed by TickTickTrader. My account was suddenly closed without any prior warning or valid reason. To make matters worse, they have completely deleted their Discord server ("Discord Lounge"), cutting off all communication with support and the community.
There is zero transparency and no information provided to customers. They are happy to take your money but disappear when it's time to provide the service or payouts. Since they have ghosted their users and shut down their communication channels, I am now filing a chargeback through my bank to recover my funds.
STAY AWAY. This platform is no longer reliable and behaves like a scam.

I am posting a short update regarding my previous review about my Zenith 250K SFA account (DIREPZEN2500026255).
After my original Trustpilot review, TickTickTrader contacted me and informed me that my case would be escalated to upper management for another review. I appreciated this step and waited for their response in good faith.
However, more than two months have now passed, and I have not received any update or decision regarding the review. I have sent several follow-up emails to support, but unfortunately, I have not received any response.
I fully understand that internal reviews can take time, but complete silence for this long is disappointing, especially after being told the case was escalated for reconsideration.
I am simply asking for a clear update or final decision regarding my case so that the matter can be resolved transparently.
If TickTickTrader would like to review the situation again, I remain open to a fair and reasonable resolution.

Only if you want to waste your time and money consider this company. There is a lot of new companies that offers much easier rules than ticktick. Imagine paying for a life time account which they say one time fee and then getting banned just because you used your account for over 180 days, wait did I say one time fee? Yes thats when you call a company fraud.

This company has been dead for three months. No operations at all. Just a couple of guys giving prefabricated responses in the chat, then they ban you and shut down your account.
They did that to me for asking a question. They owe me a payout since November, and I can't even enter Discord anymore.
There is no migration/transition or reason to expect something. There never was. Just a made up story to make people wait forever so they can minimize legal issues.
What a terrible experience TTT has been. Zero integrity.

tive um saque aprovado que solicitei dia 02/02/2026 ele foi aprovado dia 16/02/2026, mas o financeiro ficou de me enviar o link da Rise para efetuar meu pagamento,, após varias tentativas com suporte me avisando que o meu estava em fila de espera, simplesmente cancelaram meu login ao site, e a todos os meios de comunicação, tenho todos os prints e registro de conversas, empresa não cumpre com o que promete, se meu saque ja estava como aprovado então eu cumpri todas as regras para receber e do nada sou bloqueado em tudo no site.

Recebi contato da empresa TickTick dizendo que meu pagamento esta aprovado, e meu pagamento está em fila de processamento, o problema em relação ao meu acesso se da por conta da migração de plataforma, mas por enquanto ainda estou aguardando meu pagamento, então quando receber altero minha avaliação, mas só para deixar claro a empresa me deu respostas e esclareceu minhas duvidas ate então.

Após o suporte ter entrado em contato comigo dia 02/03/2026, eles esclareceram todas as minhas duvidas, e anoite o financeiro enviou link da Rise e ja me enviaram pagamento, então pela atenção do suporte estou alterando minha avaliação, espero que a TickTick possa passar por essa situação de migração logo, pois era uma otima mesa com regras melhores ainda, dando liberdade para os traders.

ESTAFADORES, te cierran las cuentas con excusas y no te pagan, se quedaron con varios miles de dólares entre lo que tenia en profit y lo que me costaron las cuenta, no me voy a explayar aquí no merece la pena perder el tiempo, ya me fastidiaron lo suficiente, 10 cuentas son muchas y el tiempo , ese no vuelve, que les aproveche y que tengan que gastar el dinero que nos roban en salud o multas y no puedan disfrutar a consta de nuestro sudor.

Empresa poco seria y fiable, como cliente suyo tenia 10 cuentas de fondeo instantáneo y con el cambio de plataforma me las cerraron, me dijeron que me iban hacer un reembolso y cuando ya tuvieran la nueva plataforma que me Darian alguna en compensación, espere y al no recibir el reembolso en el doble del plazo que me dijeron, les escribí y le pregunte, su respuesta fue que no calificaba para eso porque mis cuentas tenían mas de 180 dias, les dije pero mis cuentas están activas y en positivo la culpa no fue mía, ya que no infringí ninguna regla, fueron ustedes que tuvieron que cambiar de plataforma, su respuesta fue no no ya tienen mas de 180 dias y no tienes derecho. Por lo que considero que los clientes no deberíamos salir perjudicados en mi caso con varios miles de dólares entre lo que pague por las cuentas y lo que tenia en positivo para retiro. se aprovechan de los traders y no les importa nada mas que sacarte el dinero, no compren cuentas con este tipo de empresas.

My experience with TickTickTrader was disappointing due to a lack of transparency and communication.
I purchased an S2F+ account and was later informed — only after my account was closed — that it had exceeded a 180-day lifespan included in their Agreement/Terms. At no point during my trading period was I notified that my account was approaching this limit, nor was I informed that it was under audit or review.
In their email response, they stated that this rule had “always been included in the contract” but also admitted that it “was not strictly enforced in the past” and that they are now implementing it uniformly. This confirms that the policy enforcement changed, yet there was no clear prior notification or warning before closing my account.
They also mentioned that a 3-week extension had been granted. However, I was never notified of this extension by email or through the platform. I only learned about it after the account had already been closed.
Additionally, there was a separate issue involving their data provider, during which my account was closed for approximately two weeks. When it was reinstated, my progress had been reset.
My main concern is not just the account closure, but the lack of proactive communication and clarity regarding policy enforcement. If rules are going to be strictly applied — especially ones that were not previously enforced — traders should be clearly and formally notified in advance.
Please be very careful with this company. In my experience, policies can be enforced or changed without clear prior communication. I strongly recommend carefully reviewing all terms and considering other firms in the industry that are more transparent and have clearer, consistently applied rules.
**Update: I Stand by My Position Regarding This Non-Transparent Company**
The inactivity rule was violated, and it was precisely because of you, since you had an issue with Tradovate and I couldn’t log in. That is exactly why you gave me the account back. But it doesn’t matter what I say you will always try to come out of the situation looking clean. It’s clear to me that you are not a transparent company, because if you were, you would have informed me about those supposed time limits, but you never did. That’s why I’m writing this review, so people think twice before working with your prop firm.
