Easy platform to use & great customer support
I've bought several tickets over the past year to different gigs under a variety of South Wales promoters and I find it an easy, user-friendly website to navigate - as well as to checkout!
I have also found it useful to find upcoming events in my area, as well as what other events a particular promoter may be hosting!

10% fees are excessive
10% fees are excessive - did not enjoy the site experience either, would not use ticket24/7 for my own events.
The above review made following being sent a link request to leave a Trust Pilot Review. I was then contacted to confirm my experience "If we don’t hear from you, the company may not be able to recognize your review as genuine."
Extra Requested Content: Events I attend typically have fees of 3-5%, or a set rate of £1.50, asking 10% of the transaction maybe cheaper than some, but I find it excessive, and would choose other sites given the choice. I have given feedback to the event organiser about this, and recommended they use/provide another ticket purchasing method.
This is a joke! Leave a review (which I did), oh we don't like your review - leave more info or we won't recognise it! After I was sent the link to do it!
As a result I will definitely will not be using Tickets24/7 for my own events! Who was it that said: "If I wanted clowns I'd go to the circus!"

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, albeit a disappointing one. We notice your Trustpilot profile name appears as “Dislikes Exploitation” and that it’s listed as being based in Switzerland — where our service isn’t currently available — which is probably why your review was flagged for extra verification.
In terms of our fees, we do offer slightly lower rates for high-volume sellers and charities; however, 10% is actually the standard across most major ticketing platforms (and, as you mentioned, cheaper than some). The difference is that we don’t add extra “transaction”, “processing”, or “e-ticket” fees on top of the advertised price. Any platform claiming 3–5% fees is likely adding such costs at checkout or charging organisers a fee, which we don’t.
We always aim to keep things as fair and transparent as possible while covering unavoidable costs such as secure payment processing, customer support, and payouts to event organisers.

We’re really sorry about your experience — we completely understand how disappointing it must have been when the band didn’t turn up.
As soon as we were made aware the event didn't go ahead, we immediately began processing refunds for all ticket holders. Your refund is already on its way and should appear in your account within the usual banking timescales.
We always aim to act quickly and fairly in these situations, even if the circumstances are outside our control.

Excellent ticket purchase site. Site is easy to navigate and purchase was quick and simple.

Good site
Good site, never had any problems. However, there is no option to buy multiple events. You have to go into each event separately which can be time consuming if buying multiple tickets. This also hikes up the booking fees!
